They were kind and caring when the initial house springtime visit/consult was scheduled in the middle of some family issues and rescheduled (and sent a caring card to me). They worked with me later in the fall to get a great discount, even though I was removing a pergola in the back which wouldn't be completed by paint day. I also decided some woodwork needed to be replaced so they came back, replaced the wood beautifully (and recommended a better use of the new board to replace some front pieces as well), painted both the new woodwork and the boards where the pergola was removed.
