I had contacted at least 7 vendors, in which 3 responded; however, Washington Water Heaters was the only company that sent someone out that actually looked at and diagnosed my problem. A temporary fixed was completed on arrival and a follow-up a few days later with a new parts. I felt that the service and follow-up from the technician to the staff over the phone was superb! "I purchased a new Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless Water Heater and had it installed. I'm loving the new water heater. It replaces an old Noritz tankless that died just before this installation. The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."

"It is my pleasure to write a very positive review about my experience with Trident Plumbing. This is actually a review for 3 separate visits in last 3 months. Trident plumbing has been our go to service for all plumbing needs and concerns. Their full service expertise is one stop shopping for us. Always very prompt and accommodating with scheduling a service and very courteous & trustworthy with the service. One service visit was for a presale of house sewer scope that is highly recommended by realtors. The team filmed and recorded the scope on a usb thumb drive to be available to potential home buyers. They always go the extra mile to be thorough. A return visit to swap out a toilet with their recommendation of American Standard Cadet Pro. This toilet by far has been our best functioning toilet and very happy with their recommendation. Our third recent need was finding a steady water leak on our garage cement floor in area of water heater. I immediately phoned Trident Plumbing owner, Matthew Gardner, because I was unable to determine right away the source of the water. Again, Matthew immediately answered my call and understood my anxiety about the water and asked a member of his team who lives nearby to diagnose the problem. Devon, was at our house within 15 minutes on his day off, basically, to help us. The beauty of this story was Devon immediately figured out it was our a/c condensation unit leaking and not a plumbing issue at all. However, he went above and beyond to help us at my asking and problem solved! It is my belief that this company can always be trusted and relied upon for excellent service."

"Our home Water Heater went out on Saturday 5/2 just a day before our RV Trip to my best friend's Memorial Service in Idaho. Water was all over our garage floor. I immediately determined the price and availability of a new unit and then proceeded to contact various repair facilities. Alex at New Moon was the first to respond. His price and schedule for completion was the best of those who took the time and effort to respond. I expected the installation would have to be scheduled after we were back in a couple of weeks. To my amazement, Alex said he would be happy to come with the Water Heater we preferred the NEXT morning (Sunday)! Before I committed, I checked his various reviews and decided to utilize his services. Alex came the next morning right on time with our preferred Water Heater. In less than two hours his installation was complete. Though Alex was uable to modify our existing copper vent line, he came back once we were back home and finished the job. Alex was wonderful!"

"I was referred to Apollo Plumbing by G&S Heating, Cooling and Electric when my 75 Gallon Hot Water Heater Failed. G&S originally installed the water heater when they installed my Geo-Thermal Heating system and I’ve always had nothing but praise for G&S. They are honest, ethical and fair in all their business dealings and the quality of the work has been impeccable. Due to some regulatory changes, G&S could not replace my 75 Gallon Water Heater, but instead referred me to Apollo. I called and was helped by Samara, who was extremely helpful in fitting me into the schedule. Zac the installer showed up to my home, a bit late, but I was happy that he had arrived and work could commence. Zac presented me with the estimate for the service and that’s where things took a turn for the worse. I had done some research on the pricing I should expect my new hot water heater to cost. The one that had failed was 12 years old and I could have had the same exact model delivered to my home for $1,100 dollars. Home Depot and Lowes stocked a similar model and would have delivered them to my home for about the same price. Zak delivered an estimate to me that totaled over $4,800.00, of which, $2,300 was for the water heater, about $1,200.00 more than I could have obtained a replacement. When I protested, I got an explanation that it was a specialty item, the only type of water heater Apollo will install and warrantee, and several other meaningless points in trying to justify the cost. Zac did apply a “coupon” reduction of $292.00, however, it didn’t make me feel any better about the situation. I was up against a time constraint of an overseas business trip and didn’t have the luxury of backing out of the appointment, so I reluctantly accepted the estimate. Zac did a good job of installing the new heater. I’m a small business owner and have been in business for 40 years. In that period, I have never had a customer complain about or question the price of any invoice I’ve submitted to them. I was clearly overcharged for the hot water heater. As such, I would recommend others getting competing estimates after they receive one from Apollo to make sure they are not being overcharged. I won’t use them again."
