I lnow that isn't long, but I am a quick study, and i jave learned a great deal in that time. I work for a smal General Contractor. Yet, in the tgree years i jave been there I have moved up to being a lead on our jobsites with a couple guys under me. I have a great work ethic and attention to detail. "it went very well. After the hurricane the flat roof was leaking very bad, I called and Kris came out he said I needed to replace the flat roof but the tile roof has a lot of damaged tiles. I called my insurance and they agreed. Kris gave me an estimate and we went to contract. I have no complaints I will call again if I need other work. Job well done"

He built an outside deck, removed all the wood from our kitchen & rebuilt electrical fixtures including installing ceiling lights. "Dan and Tony were great ! They were prompt and exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable and got right to work. Dan uncovered an underlying problem of a leaking roof causing the rotting of my fascia board which I was totally unaware of. He suggested that I repair the roof section that had rotted away before any repair was done to the fascia for obvious reasons. Dan installed temporary boards to keep any unwanted animals out and at the same time allowed the roofer easy access to inspect the damage by unscrewing the temporary boards with ease. They also redirected a dryer vent that was blowing onto the back of my AC compressor and mcGivered it so that it wasn't blowing any lint onto the compressor anymore. Lastly, they installed two electrical outlets in my garage. They did a great job in all aspects of my requests and I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who wans an A1 job for any of their projects.

The owner was quick to respond, provided a detailed project order and estimate quickly, and was able to start right away. He was always reachable for any issues or questions. "They told us they wanted 50% down. The estimate was for $3700 for leak repairs underneath eh bathtub. They would not write out an estimate unless I gave them 50% down and they would not deal with my insurance agent whatsoever. I could not work with them. I said I need the estimate fcould you please send or fax this to my insurance agency and they said they do not deal with them. They would not even send to me unless I gave them 50% down. I said who do you think is going to cut you the check; the insurance agency. He said he would have to open the wall, find the leak and repair the leak. I am not even sure the work myself since it was not written. The bathroom was leaking and there was water damage to the downstairs ceiling. I had to call about 5 times for one guy to just come over to give the estimate. When the guy came over he said it was his partner John. The guy was covered in tatotoos from his face, down his neck arms and back of his legs, covered in tatotoos. He had a ball cap on backwards, wearing shorts and flip flops, not someone you would want in your house. The price was the best. I spoke to my allstate agent and any reputable company should have enough to put the 50% down."
