He scheduled based on my description and photos, but I was unable to accurately describe the extent of the damage. It required more work than he had anticipated but he took all the obstacles in stride, he had tools he needed despite unexpected challenges (including the old, bizarre, inconvenient conditions of my house), he problem-solved efficiently, and he fixed it right.
