"I got quotes from several different contractors but ultimately chose to sign a contract for my replacement windows with Mountain View Installations. Bruce was very knowledgeable and he was the only contractor that satisfied my expectations that the windows be installed correctly according to industry standards. Bruce's company goes beyond. Most replacement window contractors seem to be and quot;lick and stickersand quot; that end up with leaking windows.I signed the contract and had an appointment to install in about a month after the windows were delivered to Mountain View from the manufacturer (Milgard). The crew that installed the windows were on time, were very professional and courteous, kept the place clean, and did a great job. Jake was also a great help in getting me some documents to help with the window inspection from Douglas County. The County requires the window U-value sticker to remain on the window through inspection, but one window came from manufacturing without the sticker. Jake got me the documents I needed to give to the inspector, and it passed fine. Big help.I definitely recommend them."

"If we could give a 10-star rating we would. We recently replaced 12 windows with JDI and have nothing but the highest recommendation for them. Rex (the owner) is great; he's very personable, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly no high pressure sales pitch, which we greatly appreciated. The price was very competitive and we really liked that NO down payment/upfront money was required until the installation was complete. We had 4 bids and JDI was the only company that offers this. Darrin Sr. (installer) and his crew (Darrin Jr. and Rob) came out for the installation; they are professional, courteous, meticulous about their work and really nice guys. Darrin Sr. is great at communicating (scheduling, expectations, etc.). They were on time and worked continuously until the entire job was completed (1 ½ days). As each window was installed they cleaned the windows, vacuumed, cleaned up all construction material and reinstalled our blinds... THANK YOU!! Overall JDI service is superb and we highly recommend them. We are more than pleased and love the Amerimax windows."

"Fantastic, we had a house built with vaulted ceilings. Edward and Tara did a great job. They got use fitted with gorgeous blinds for our larger windows, kitchen, and other rooms. The contractors didn’t do a great job the with grout in the master bathroom. They repaired it along with painting our childrens rooms. Exceedingly professional, timely, and reasonable."

"Koality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range."

I called Foothills Garage Door and within thirty minutes on a Saturday afternoon he was at my house and working. He took one look, figured out what was needed and went to work. The gentleman who did the work was very friendly, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anybody.
