"My wife and I highly recommend Modern Flooring Services. We had 450 square feet of an irregular shaped floor covered with carpet upstairs that we wanted to replace with wood flooring. Modern Flooring Services provided a contractor to provide an initial estimate and a list of supplies needed to purchase. Then they sent a consummate professional and craftsman to install our floor. His name was Patrick, and he started by explaining what we should expect when he removed the carpet, prepared the subfloor, and then installed the wood. He provided different options for how the wood could be angled based on the floor layout. Then he went to work, and we can’t praise his work ethic enough. He is one of the hardest workers I know. He also did a great job of minimizing the dust. If we opt to install new flooring in the future, we will definitely hire Modern Flooring and request Patrick to install the floor."

"The installation was done very well.  The crew took their time and made sure everything was done right.  It looks excellent and meets the flooring int he adjoining rooms perfectly.  The price was very good.
The initial communication was a little unusual.  We communicated solely through Angie's List email even though I provided my personal phone number and email.  It was just new for me to communicate that way.  It worked out fine and everything was done to our satisfaction.

We also loved working with their sales person Mark. he was so helpful and guided us through the process and acknowledging our needs to give us the best product that would work for our family and lifestyle. The installer Alexi was fast and really good at what he does. Would highly recommend them over and over. They are now installing the backsplash in our kitchen next week. "Adrian and his crew did a great job regrouting the floor, shower floor and shower walls of our bathroom. They also installed a gorgeous mosaic backsplash in both our kitchen and bathroom. They showed up on time, worked hard and got this large amount of work done in 3 days. We needed a little touch up done in a couple spots after the job was completed and Adrian came out and took care of it. They were also reasonably priced. Very happy with the work and highly recommend them!"

The day came for the install, guys showed up at the exact time they said they would and did the install. Next day came back at scheduled time and finished the job beautifully. Cleaned all marierials and debri and job was complete. Could not have gone more smoothly. Would highly recommend this company for any flooring needs.
