"Great! Very happy with the service, knowledgeable staff and quick installation of the mini-split system. Best heating system I've ever used."

"I have been impressed with Robby Courson's professionalism, honesty, and work ethic with each home visit. Robby truly cares about his customers and take the time necessary to provide detailed information on the product. We chose Ranger Heating & Cooling originally based on customer reviews and professional courtesy. We continue to hire Ranger because of those same standards. Having experienced lousy customer interactions with many service-oriented industries recently, it is such a pleasure to be on the receiving end of exceptional customer service. Many kudos to all the staff at Ranger Heating & Cooling."

"Saving $600/yr on electric bill; 15 yr payback on furnace/heat pump install."

"Thank you, Pacific Heating and Cooling!! I had an issue with your service and you addressed that issue and resolved it in a very timely manner. Usually, I don't have any problem with your company but this time there was an issue and you took care of it, personally, through your manager, and right away. Thank you, again. I will certainly call on you again when the need arises."

"Check all the boxes - service, customer service, price - Seatown took care of my electrical repair and did a good job at a fair price. If you are looking for a company that is responsive and reliable, look no further and call Seatown."

"The tech went "over and above" for service of my heating and air conditioning systems, and showed me how to do periodic maintenance myself."

"I wanted to pass on my experience with Evergreen who went the extra mile after my Mitsubishi slim AC started leaking water before the hot summer months. I had called a Kirkland company who came out diagnosed the issue and charged me an exorbitant amount. However after I informed them it was registered and parts were under warranty they dropped me like a hot potato and never called back. On the other hand Victoria at Evergreen called me regularly to update on the warranty and parts and scheduled a full day repair with Jesse, an excellent technician. He used appropriate PPE, educated me about the problem, even provided less expensive options, and finally completed the long arduous process of replacing parts and recharging the refrigerant all for a reasonable amount. Voila AC again! I would highly recommend this company - to do your job efficiently and technically correct, without overcharging or trying to upscale you. Peace of mind is priceless. RobinM"

"They went to bat for us over a heat pump that died. The company that manufactured the heat pump knew there was a problem and Puyallup Heating has been really good at helping people get a new one put in. We had to pay $150 for them to write a letter stating this was another heat pump that was installed and the part had malfunctioned again. We had a call back a week later and they said they weren't going to do anything. We paid $150 for a letter and they're not going to fix it? She was very gracious and said "I agree with you, it shouldn't be that way, this hasn't happened before". She said, "let me see what we can do." They were able to come back and put a new heat pump in. They were very punctual. They did what they said they were going to do. They are very professional.  They really helped us."

"Rob contacted me before noon, and we scheduled the AC tune-up project for the same day! Rob did such a good job tuning up my ac. In addition to it, he found out that the heater filters were greasy filty! He gave me the choice to have them cleaned by him or to have cleaned by me as long to have done sooner than later. I am so glad that he was willing to take that additional project on the same visit. I had the heater inspected and tuned last year around fall time by another contractor. I highly recommend HVAC Service Pros for heating and cooling projects. I am very pleased with HVAC performance! Definitely, I will have HVAC for yearly maintenance and everything to do with heating/cooling needs.! Rob, I really appreciate your patience, professionalism, and for sharing your knowledge with me about regular care of my ac/heater systems. I learned a lot with you! Thank you! Tessa"
