"I'm very disappointed...I have a small SUV (Toyota Rav4) approx. same size as a car and was charged 15.00 upcharge from what I had already paid.  I got this deal because I used this provider about 1 yr ago and was very pleased with the service provided.  the interior was wiped down with wet cloth with no removal of scuffs. (Any on the market cleaner would have removed the scuffs and  one reason I got the deal was for a good interior cleaning.) My car did not have the usual dirt because I maintain it on a regular basis.  I don't feel the interior was given proper detail..  I have given this provider countless glowing recommendations to family and friends based on my previous good service..I will no longer recommend them nor will I use them again."

"It went great ; Alex was timely , informative and did the work requested in a lot shorter time than I thought it would take ; he also gave good advice on water heater basics as well as what types would fit my situation ; could not be more happy. On a side note he came out on a Sunday @ no charge when I didn't have hot water the day after the install ; turns out it was a tripped breaker which he suggested I replace. Would recommend him to anyone who needs a knowledgeable , punctual plumber ; will keep him on my list for any future work I may need ; that first hot shower after the install was wonderful.
