"We are very happy with the work that was done by Unique installing a new gas boiler and tying it into our 1940’s hot water heating system. The estimator Mike, took time measuring every room to be sure we get just the right size unit needed for our house. (An estimator, from another company, didn’t size all the rooms, wanted to put in a smaller boiler and at a higher cost!). The installation was painless. The work was done in one day which included removal of our old system. The new system is extremely efficient and we already have noticed significant savings on gas and electric. Great company to deal with. Would highly recommend."

"I was extremely impressed by Christian HVAC. Dan, our service provider, was extremely professional and knowledgable. He took a look at our thermostat and realized quickly that the problem was minor (the thermostat case was just not put on properly so the HVAC unit was not kicking on). <br /> Even though the problem was fixed in 5 minutes, he STILL checked everything else thoroughly. He went outside to make sure we were OK with the pressure and checked all of our units in the basement and provided feedback on maintenance of all of our units/humidifier/ water pump.  <br /> I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend their services. "Really excellent installation of Daikin FIT heat pump with a gas backup furnace. This allows dual fuels, gas or electric. It's 15F right now and the heat pump is a bit slow bringing my rowhome up to temperature, but is working fine. It's good down to 0F, and Philly rarely gets below the 20's. Installers were great and highly experienced. No surprises! The job was the most carefully spec'ed I've ever encountered and they saved me money by not having to use my old flu which needed an expensive relining. Techs did careful, neat work, were highly experienced and courteous to deal with. Overall, I'm very happy and would use Unique again. They are not cheap, but the price was certainly fair given that it's essentially two heating systems and it's a high quality, high-efficiency system. "
