It's 15F right now and the heat pump is a bit slow bringing my rowhome up to temperature, but is working fine. It's good down to 0F, and Philly rarely gets below the 20's. Installers were great and highly experienced. No surprises! The job was the most carefully spec'ed I've ever encountered and they saved me money by not having to use my old flu which needed an expensive relining. Techs did careful, neat work, were highly experienced and courteous to deal with. Overall, I'm very happy and would use Unique again. They are not cheap, but the price was certainly fair given that it's essentially two heating systems and it's a high quality, high-efficiency system. "

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"
