"Shawn was able to get out to my house the same evening I called. He was here at around 7, which is when he said he would be here, very prompt. He looked at my system and determined that it was frozen, due to the freon level being so low that its temperature dropped below freezing. He set up my system to thaw some and said he would be back in a while to refill my freon (can't do it when it's frozen). He was back in less than an hour and refilled my freon and replaced a leaky valve on my unit, which had probably contributed to my freon being so low. He did this in the dark by flashlight, and I sincerely appreciated that he would come out and do the repair that late. He was polite, professional and pleasant the whole time he was here. He recommended replacing the system when it was feasible for us, since my unit is probably at least as old as I am, and said there are financing options to make it easier to pay for (which I am definitely keeping in mind). Overall a good experience. I would call him again."

"Camron and his grandfather did great work. They were professional, and timely. Any changes were communicated quickly and they were able to co.pleate the work in less time than originally stated. I will hire them again. My original project consisted of just drywall and mudding, i did the demo myself. When I found termite damage they were able to accomidate my schedual and add reconstruction of a stairwell and replacement of a floor joist. I am honestly happy with how they worked with me to get my project complete. These guys compleated the job, walked me around to ensure my satisfaction. They then stated that if i found a problem with the work at a later date, i could call them. I will highly recomend them to anybody that asks."

"Everything was great except they broke the exterior dryer vent cover. They said they would return and replace it. They never did. It never should have happened in the first place. A true professional would have removed the cover when cleaning to eliminate the possibility of damage."

"Antoine arrived on time with a free-standing cleaning device - not truck-mounted equipment.  Did not vaccuum prior to cleaning, nor did he move ANYTHING until I prompted him to.  The cleaning was done in a half-hearted manner and when I spoke to him he didn't always hear me due to his earphones.  I had to repeatedly point out places that he missed or required additional attention.  I won't be using this service again.
