"Rebecca came out for the estimate. She was knowledgable and professional. I got an estimate later the same day via e-mail. I faxed back a signed request for the work to be done and scheduled for a week later (after Thanksgiving). The 4 guys showed up on time and took the time expected (2 1/2 hours) to do all the work. I have 2 attic accesses. They used the one just inside the garage in the laundry room. That worked well because it kept the insulation and debris completely out of the house. When finished, they swept up the garage and laundry room. There was some residual insulation pieces in the driveway and one of the workers had showed up with shoes covered in drywall mud that tracked in front of my driveway, but this was minor. I climbed up in the attic when they said they were done. It looked good and there seemed to be more insulation that I was expecting, but I didn't get a measure out. I had put batts down in part of the attic and wasn't expecting to have insulation blown on top of them, but they did, so I think I got more than I expected. I got billed about a week later for the amount I was expecting. It included paperwork for the utility rebate and releases for the individual workers liens (never seen that before). Overall, a very good job."

"Perfect..Axiom is always available for add'l work I need whether related to their job or not..I live in a condo where many issues aren't under my control, but when I need a "fix" like plumbing/electrical etc (which is outside the scope of my original engagement) they always respond. The price is always right for any job at any price so that isn't a concern I ever have. That is my highest praise..They mention clients are their clients for life so they always respond. No "one and done" mentality."

"Bill went above and beyond in explaining what needed to be done, how it was going to be done, and how it would affect my heating and cooling as well as my energy bill. Bill answered all my questions as well as explained everything in detail. <br />Whenever I do any type of home-improvement, I research 3 to 4 companies/contractors... Today's Energy Store went above and beyond, and I would definitely use them again."

"I had a new unit installed in our casita. It was a mini-split wall mount indoor unit. The representative was Joseph Moss that sold us the unit. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He answered all of our questions and had a good attitude the whole time. He explained everything about the new unit. He gave me a card to call him if I had any other questions before or after the installation. I read the booklet that came with the new unit and I had questions regarding the information in the booklet and Joseph answered all of the questions. I called the office to review all of the information in regard to warranties and permits. They take care of all of the paperwork. They also have a great service agreement after the sale; they cover the cost of twice yearly service check ups for the unit they installed. In talking to the office; I talked to Dominic; and he stated that the free service agreements were good until 2030. Jaime Villegas installed the unit. He covered everything inside with plastic. He did not scratch or get dirty anything he came in contact with. The unit on the wall was installed and was perfectly level. The outside unit he tied down to the cement pad so it could not be moved. He painted the gutter through which the electrical wiring, refrigeration pipes, and condensation pipe passed through. The gutter paint matched the color of the outside wall. Jaime explained the operation of the unit; and how to use the remote to run the unit. Jaime was very patient and knowledgeable during this whole process. This was a second unit that Alaskan Heating and Air has installed for us. They also installed a new unit in the main house."

"<p>I’ve waited for a while to write this review of Advanced Pro so I could make sure I could give a fair, accurate, and complete assessment of their work. It has been about 8 months since the completion of work and we have had enough time to see if there were going to be any issues from the work they did </p> <p>This is a completely owner pay with no insurance involvement.</p> <p>I found a leak stemming from the shower in our master bathroom. The paint on the wall was in the beginning stages of sagging.  At the time, I had a different plumber who recommended a contractor they used. I went to Angie’s List and was not hat all happy with what I found, so began going thru the lists and found Advanced Pro. </p> <p>They were quick to get out to the house and were able to diagnose and find the leak. It turns out the grout in my stand alone shower had gotten old and pieces had fallen out and allowed water into the wall.</p> <p>As Advanced Pro’s main source of residential business is insurance work, we discussed at length filing a claim. They told me that my insurance probably would not cover the loss because it was a slow leak caused by a wear and tear item that could have been prevented had I re-sealed or re-grouted my shower. In other words, I should have maintained my shower better.</p> <p>I called my insurance and discussed it with them just to see what they said. Basically, the guys at Advanced Pro were 100% correct.</p> <p>So, I hired A.P. to begin the repairs after some further searching to verify their good standings.</p> <p>My project manager was John and he was nothing short of stellar. By the time everything was said and done, I think I could have put him on our Christmas Card list. He answered his phone almost every time, and the times he didn’t, I would have a call back usually within minutes of leaving a message. He also text’s which helped out a lot when I was working and unable to take a call.</p> <p>They did the demo, found a little bit of mold, did the remediation on that,  got it tested, and then began the repairs</p> <p>As we got into the repairs, we found out that the tile in my bathroom was nowhere to be found. These guys looked for 2 weeks trying to find matching tile.  We discussed multiple options of how to proceed. In the end, we decided to remodel the shower and tub area. Now the challenge became to find tile that was close enough to the existing tile that it didn’t look like a reno had been done and we couldn’t find matching tile.</p> <p>John met us at the flooring/tile store, and spent about 4 hours with us picking and designing the new tile. His opinions were excellent, and he was very forthright with us in regards to how things would look. He was cautious as to not say “You’re out of your mind. You don’t want to do that” at the same as saying, “You’re out of your mind. You don’t want to do that”. We REALLY appreciated the time he spent with us on a Saturday of all days, to make sure we chose new tile wisely.</p> <p>There were a few hic-ups along the way during the course of this whole project to include problems with the tub spout and the shower enclosure having to be completely custom made, but the truth is, even though the hic-ups added a few weeks to the scope of the project, it was John and everybody else at Advanced Pro’s demeanor, that made it seem and feel not so bad.</p> <p>It has been 8 months since the reno was completed and we could not be more happy. We have had zero issues with any of the work that was done. The new tile, even though it’s different, blends right in with the existing and does not stand out at all. It does look different, but it doesn’t look like it’s out of place.</p> <p>John and the team did an amazing job, and they will be my contractor of choice for any future projects I have in the future. </p> <p>As a matter of fact, 3 months later, I did call them because of a leak in my kitchen, but that will be on a separate posting  and will get just as great of reviews.</p>"

"I bought the coupon on Angie's List for up to 15 ducts. We have 14 ducts, so it worked out perfectly. They also cleaned our cold air returns and sanitized them. Brandon and Alicia were simply outstanding! They could not have been more professional, kind or thorough. I would highly recommend them and Allergy Alliance in general. Everything was explained up front, with pictures and video. They didn't sell us the furnace cleaning because we didn't need it and they explained why: because our newer Maytag units are sealed (and they're maintained by Silver State twice a year). I really appreciate the honesty. Used to be one could take that for granted, but not any longer. Brandon is a straight shooter and that's admirable. I'll hire them again. In fact, this is the only company I'll call for duct cleaning from now on, coupon or not."

"On Thursday, I had come home from work at around 5:30, to see my garage flooded. Upon investigation, I discovered that the water line in to the toilet downstairs and had flooded the: bathroom, the laundry room, the bedroom, and the hallway. On the carpet and the tile, I had noticed about 2 inches of standing water. <br /> As a renter, I called my property management company and received no response. I then began searching for emergency restoration companies that could help me extract all the water from the flooding and then help mitigate any damage. <br /> I called STOP and left a message with their answering service. <strong>Within 10 minutes, I received a call back from Scott.</strong> I explained to him my situation. I told him that I was a renter and that the property management company that I was dealing with was unresponsive. I asked him to ballpark me an estimate for taking care of the affected areas. He told me that he couldn't really offer one without seeing the extent of the situation in person. I told him that I realized that I was putting him in an awkward situation by asking him for a quote. He said it was no problem and explained to me that all of their rates were controlled by insurance-dictated values, and were typically handled via transactions with homeowner insurance policies. After stating this, he mentioned that the services I would need could range in cost from $500 - $5,000. He advised that if I signed for service that I would be held accountable for the totals. Knowing that I was a renter, he advised against procuring service from STOP directly, without first getting approval from my property management company first. <br /> <strong>I then asked him what he would do if he were me. </strong>He told me that my best bet would be to run to Home Depot and rent a Rug Doctor to try to suck up as much of the standing water as I could, then leave all the windows open and try to circulate the air as much as possible to help the carpets dry. He did mention that it was likely that some of the carpet padding would probably have to be removed, and the base boards would have to be removed and allowed to dry along with the underlying drywall. <br /> Upon his advice, I rented a Rug Doctor, got every fan that I owned downstairs, and tried to dry out everything as much as possible. <br /> The next day, my property management company responded. They sent out a carpet cleaning person and someone to fix the toilet and considered it good enough. Now a week later, my place smells like a damp cave. I ripped out the carpet and padding in one of the storage closets which helped a little, <em><strong>but I fear that things will never be right without the type of proper remediation that STOP provides</strong></em>. That's how renting in this town goes I suppose. <br /> <strong>Scott also called back to follow up that day and to see if there was anything else that he could do</strong>. I told him that he couldn't as the property management company had already decided its course of action. <br /> <strong>Scott was amazing. He thoughtfully listened to my concerns and offered real and helpful advice, even if it meant that STOP wouldn't get my personal business. His follow up was also a pleasant surprise. </strong> <br /> When I finally own my home, and have a proper insurance policy, if something like this ever happens to me again. I won't hesitate a heartbeat to call the Service Team of Professionals. <br />"
