"We called Debbie and Ron because we had a heater that made an unusual noise and kept cycling on and off every few minutes. We also wanted to upgrade the thermostat to a nest but was running into issues installing it ourselves. We are fairly handy but couldn’t figure out the problem. Debbie tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone but ended up coming out the next day. They were quick to diagnose the heater issue and made some adjustments. They basically serviced the furnace which hadn’t been for a few years but in the process they found some oil leaking from the motor. Since it was still under warranty, they said they could get a replacement part locally and install it. I thought we were going to have to schedule another day but they did it that same day! They also helped us troubleshoot the nest-even called Google to help us. Their prices are reasonable and they are upfront with the work. We really love them and have recommended them several times to family and friends."

"Perfect! Doug is an expert Plumber that knows private water system. He removed the old equipment and installed the new. Everything is still working great. The work was done almost 13 years ago. We used all Top of the line Gould Equipment. I probably should call Doug to replace it again because breakdowns with the water system can leave you stranded."
