"The reason why I give them 5 stars is because they respond and install my water heater in Less than 24 hours. The technician who run my call show that he has knowledge about that job. When the job was done he explained how the new water heater work and what to if help is need it. He also explained and showed me the deficiency of the valves and recomended to be changed. "The first technician did not show up on the day he was supposed to be there. He did phone and say he had run into problems at the previous job and could not make it. The water heater did need replacing but it was not the problem with the water leak. It was the air conditioner and the pipe was clogged that took the condensation water out of the house. The reservoir was filling up and leaking back into the house. The technician stated I needed and air conditioner person to work on that. I was only told about the air conditioner leak after the water heater was replaced.to the price of $2550. I still had the water leak."

"I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. Fast service, pleasant and knowledgeable personnel."

Robert cleaned up areas where old toilets were and removed all trash and fixtures. Robert was very professional pleasant and knowledgeable. Appreciated getting options with cost of each option and benefits of each. Provided information on water company rebates for new toilets. Will use A1 in the future."
