"I was impressed at the professionalism, first of the office manager, Vicky, then of Emmanuel when he arrived with an apprentice. They wore uniforms and put slippers on over their shoes when they entered my house. Simple things but not everyone does that. Emmanuel was very knowledgeable, polite, and explained what needed to be done in an easy-to-understand manner. He answered all my questions. When they did the job, tarps were placed on the floors in the hallway and in the surrounding area of the hot water tank. They completed the installation in less time than I had anticipated, and they swept up the area. Emmanuel checked and double-checked everything to make sure it was in working order, and he did not leave until he was satisfied with his workmanship. Vicky, in the office, was friendly and professional and always available. The quote for the installation was not the lowest price I had been given, although it was very close. Further, I had one minor issue which they followed up on until the work was done.  I am quite pleased to see a company stand behind their work product and provide continuing customer service in a positive way.  I will also note the plumbers were very meticulous about leaving a clean worksite--they even went back into the hot attic to remove debris and trash left by some other contractors.  When removing the old water heater, Texas Quality Plumbing came with a very large bag to ensure the old water heater didn't drip or leave carpet stains--this is something I really appreciate as past plumbers didn't provide such service.  In terms of price, I paid exactly what was quoted and nothing more.  Thank you Texas Quality Plumbing.
