I spoke to Joseph and he instructed me to text pictures. He came out at 8:00 AM the next morning. He replaced the copper joint. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. "Preface: We needed to have a shower pipe secured and sealed per our home buyers' inspection report. Aaron came in and explained the exact procedure that would be done and gave a quote and explained that he would have to cut the drywall to secure the pipe and that I would have to hire another company after he was finished to fix the drywall. (I was dismayed at the idea, but thankful that he was willing to be so thoughtful in his explanation.) With the ease of the repair, the work was completed in a matter of minutes.
