He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "The quality of service is mixed. Electricians who were out here they did great work for the electrical stuff, but anything that was mechanical or happen to cut the whole in the wall or install the box the people were totally incompetent and if I hadn't been there they never would have succeeded in finishing the job and even providing tools. They didn't have the right tools and they had no idea of what they was doing so I had to actually install the wrong box initially and they installed it horizontally and it was nightmare. I ended up taking over to getting the box installed so that we can get it right. There are something that they could have done a lot better. There were lot of delays that were not necessary. " Mr. Joshua Brown is truly a professional handyman and an individual with strong character.  He skillfully and quickly hung all my paintings and mirrors the following day and had finished with the first coat of paint in the master bedroom when he decided to take a look at my brand new dryer that wasn't working.  I had a feeling that the person that had installed it for me had not done it properly.  Mr. Brown, tried several different scenarios that all led to the fact that the dryer was working properly--it was heating up the clothes but they were still wet.  Mr. Brown had the thought to go outside to the vent to feel the stream of air that the dryer should have been pushing out.  That's when Mr. Brown realized that no air was being pushed out by the dryer--he realized that there had to be something blocking the air flow to the outside which was why the clothes were heating up but the humidity had no where to go so the clothes stayed damp.  Mr Brown cleverly took a coat hanger and straightened it out and pushed it as far as he could down the tube that leads from the dryer to the wall, through the garage and to the outside--and pulled out a watermelon sized ball of NASTY lint, hair, dust, etc that had been stuck there for at least 10 years!  Like I said, I have just moved in to this place and was horrified by what he discovered and then relieved when he told me that if he had not detected this, not only would the dryer continue to not work but it was just a matter of time before I had a house fire.  The tightly packed pile of lint, dust, etc is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE and I believe that Mr. Joshua Brown saved my life that day. 
What I would like to say about Mr. Brown is that he doesn't give up when his first attempt at fixing something doesn't work.  He is tenacious and diligent and takes pride in his work.  His skills cross many disciplines from painting to appliances to construction.  One additional skill that he possesses which is hard to find, is that he is a visualizer.  I have several ideas for future projects and he was able to visualize my project and make recommendations and suggestions based on what I described.  I liked that I could kind of give him the overarching idea of what I wanted to do and he could tell me the exact steps to take to get me there.  I enjoyed his happy disposition and was very comfortable continuing on with my daily routines at the house while he was there.  I highly recommend Mr. Joshua Brown and will be using his services again myself very soon.

"Air Duct Solutions told me they were going to call back in a year to see if I need anything, but they never called back. I had my regular air conditioning guy out here and he said the UV was installed in there. Hopefully, it's doing what it's supposed to do. They have them in hospitals, so it ought to work for my air conditioning. He was personable and we had an interesting conversation together. They did pretty well. My air conditioning hasn't had any problems since then."
