The fan on our A/C condenser stopped working. We called during off business hours so they came out the next afternoon while I was at work, but my wife was home.

The technician was very nice and diagnosed the problem. I was hoping it was just the run start capacitor, but it ended up being the fan motor.  

I thought the price was a bit high for replacing the fan motor, but not crazy overpriced. The technician was at the house and my family wanted the air back on so I gave the go ahead.

My wife also told me that the technician made some maintenance recommendations for the condenser that we will be implementing.

Long story short, our air is back and my family is happy. 

If you need your A/C fixed quickly they will get the job done well, but it does cost a premium.

One last item of note: The charges on the invoice do not add up. I?ll call them to see where the extra charges come from. There was no labor listed on the invoice just the SC and Parts (The part was invoiced at $338, but I know they cost about $150 retail).

UPDATE - 6/19/2014 

Called them today and they reviewed the invoice. After reviewing it they admitted that it was a mistake on their part and they refunded the difference.  The approximate cost of service now reflects the total cost after the difference was refunded.  They were very polite and attentive to our inquiry."
