A few other techs from competing company's mis diagnosed the issue or just wanted to have me purchase an entire new system. Christian went over the options I had and did not try to pressure me into something that would be more of a financial gain for Trinity but what would fit my budget at the time. It's hard to come by someone you can really rely on and not feel like you're just trying to get upsold on an installation. I would highly recommend Trinity Mechanical Solutions for your HVAC needs."

Had to call someone from Columbia since apparently, they don't have plumbers in Charlotte (WTH?) even though they claim to have local plumbers. Guy charged me over $400 and told me they had to call another company to actually fix the problem. This company was also out of Columbia and didn't serve Charlotte. Plumber said he couldn't do anything and I had to call another plumber but did not offer any refund. Called another plumber and he fixed for a little over $100. Call Dad lost another customer!
