"Essential Extras had already designed and installed a beautiful deck for us. They used Ipe wood and hidden fasteners as we had asked. The professionalism was amazing and so was the craftmanship. After a wind storm blew down a fence in our yard in the middle of winter I called them again and not only did they do a stellar job, but took great care to respect our neighbors and cleaned up our side and the neigbor's side of the fence as well. "I requested three bids. The first company was high pressure sales and way over priced arrived lated to the appointment. The second comapny never showed up. Addco was my last company and he was on time to give me a quote. I was in a postion that I needed a small deck put up in the back yard quickly. Addco was well priced listened to my needs. Told me it was doable and in a very short trunaround. The team was awesome to work with. My next deck procject at my new house will be in the front to extend the porch to have a nice seating area and I'm deffiently going back to ADDCO to have it done, I couldn't been more pleased on how my deck trned out."

"The work is beautiful. He extended the existing deck and added stairs with a landing and added a roof . We love sitting on our deck and it’s extra special when it’s raining. He also added cedar louver shades on the west side that be opened or closed. We absolutely love our new space. Highly recommended!"

JD and his crew were fantastic! The estimate was competitive with other bidders and we felt the value of their services was very high. We had extensive wood rot damage around most of the windows in our house. JD and his crew were very detailed and careful as they removed the old windows, repaired the wood rot, and installed the new windows. The locations that were leaking before the window installation are leaking no more. Wood Rot Solutions also repaired rot on the exterior of our house, including trim and siding. Everything was caulked well and it was easy for the painters once they arrive. (Note: painting was not part of Wood Rot Solutions scope.) JD and his crew were very professional. They kept the interior of the house clean and even worked around our child's naptimes. We are VERY happy with our new windows.
