"I woke up Sunday morning to water pouring out of the kitchen ceiling.  I called another plumber we had used in the past, only to find they no longer provide weekend services.  Frantically searching for another plumber, I found an advertisement for Roto-Rooter.  I called and was told they had a plumber working another job in my area and would send him to my house as soon as he finished up.  They provided the plumbers name in advance of him arriving and kept me apprised of his status every 30 - 45 minutes. <br /> While waiting for the plumber to arrive, a member of Roto-Rooters water restoration group arrived and assessed the situation. "I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system.
