Knowing installation was a key component for our situation we decided to call Dan Wolt and that proved to be a smart decision. Dan is extremely easy to deal with! We had a quote in 5 minutes after discussing our product options. This was followed up with a detailed product information booklet. We were happy with the price and he even gave us payment options. We placed the order, scheduled the installation, and haven't thought twice about our decision. The windows are very high quality and we constantly get compliments from our guests about how attractive they are. The two man installation crew was prompt, courteous, and fast. They had 8 windows replaced by noon with now mess for us to take care of. I liked the fact that the installers weren't kids. I want my skilled labor hires to be experienced and able to problem solve on the spot. The bottom line is we are very happy with our Zen Windows and our experience with Dan's company. We are certain others will be as well."

"I had the guys from Hoosier Boy install a custom sliding glass door. They made the process easy from start to finish. They pointed me in the right direction in order to pick out the right product and communicated well during the time it took to have the door manufactured. As soon as the door was finished they set an install date right away. The door went in quick, and I’m very pleased the finished look and quality of the door. Overall a great experience and I’d recommend Hoosier Boy to anyone looking for a new door or windows!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"He does good work.  He is dependable and definitely not a fly-by-night type of guy.  He is very honest and affordable. He's also done drywall and painting for us.  He's also installed a new furnace.  I've done a lot of remodeling and have used Dave for a lot of work."

"Initiall call returned in one day  and service was completed as promised.  crew of carpenters was excellent and fun to have working... certainly saved us  from a lot of labor that we were not quite willing to do ourselves.

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."
