"Prior to calling Bob, we had several guys come in to give us estimates. Bob's estimate was by far the best and the work he did was top quality. He and his guys moved my existing furnace to a new location int he basement and installed a new AC. They also moved the hot water heater. I am very pleased with his service. They were prefessional and respectful. Bob is a straight shooter. Absolutely no BS! I will be using him for ALL of my future HVAC needs. I HIGHLY recommend you call him and have him come give you an estimate if you need service, repair or replacement.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The Sharp/Long team members are professional, hard working and concerned that the job is done right. We needed work done on an older home that needed specific things done to improve the efficiency of the heating/cooling system. Not only has our comfort increased tenfold, but our utility bills have decreased substantially. "I was told a few months ago by a technician who works for one of the larger Heating/AC companies that my furnace was essentially totaled and needed to be replaced, as the unit would turn itself on or off, seemingly at random (it was not short cycling, it was something else entirely). I decided to get a second opinion from David at Complete Image. Boy am I glad I did! For the cost of a service call and hour of labor, he figured out exactly what was wrong, and fixed it. It was a solution that I'm shocked the prior technician didn't mention (perhaps because he was trying to sell a new unit for $3,000+). David fixed the issue very quickly, and taught me a bit about HVAC systems and Nest thermostat wiring in the process. I highly recommend Complete Image!"

"For $39 you don't get very much. First, the receptionist seemed perturbed when I called to get an ETA for the tech. Upon arrival, the (grumpy) tech spent about a half hour. In the past when I paid other HVAC businesses $80+ they were on site an hour or more and seemed more thorough. The tech said nothing about my system or the service, but did leave a list services performed. Tech did not cover his shoes. Also, the tech did not say hello, goodbye or thank you. I think it's worth paying more for established service providers with a proven track record."
