"Faced with a suddenly leaking air conditioner toward summer's end, I didn't know if this was something that could be fixed, or if it would even be worth fixing. I'm very glad I decided to try. I found M&R on HomeAdvisor and e-mailed them last night (after hours). Rene called me first thing this morning, explained what he thought the problem was and said he could come this afternoon. I was much encouraged by our telephone conversation, and I was even more impressed when Rene and his partner, Marvin, arrived. They were very pleasant and courteous (even to my cats and dogs), quite knowledgeable and extremely professional. They explained everything as they went along, worked diligently, and left my home even cleaner than when they arrived. I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely hire M&R again!
