I had a main sewer line in my basement leaking at 4am, i called roto rooter at 5 and they had a tech there by 6:30 drove almost an hour for an emergency! that is dedication. HIs name was Cam (i hope i spelled your name right!). He fought it for almost 2 hours. we weren't making any progress so he wanted to call in a more experienced tech, his name was Joe, what a beard man! Joe showed up within an hour, cam left so he could get to his next appointment he apologized that he couldn't get it done because the drain just didn't want to cooperate. Joe immediately went to work with his drain snake, to no avail he couldn't figure it out, Joe busted out the jetter. At the end of this story we found out it was a city side sewer main back up. I wish i had more space to write. these guys are pooper hero's, Don't know how they do it everyday. ButThankyou "
