"Chris is our go to tech, does a great job and is very professional, friendly and willing to answer any question you may ask. Chris was training a new tech (Garrett) who also did a great job, Chris made sure he was performing a quality service while training Garrett. Very happy once again with the quality of service performed."

"I had them come out twice, and I ended up not using them again because they weren't offering the Big Deal. They came to my rental property. Their billing was a little bit off. It took a couple of phone calls to get everything set up. I don't thing they were used to using Angie's List for whatever reason. I had to call in and get confirmation a couple of times for when the technicians came out, also to get the second visit scheduled. I would probably use them again, and look for one of those buy one, get one deals."

"I called and made an appointment on Thursday evening for Monday morning - I arrived 5 minutes late for the appointment, and Jim had already walked the property and began taking notes. I'm not an expert at residential construction, though I am in the industry and know a little. Jim let me follow him around during the whole inspection and pointed out to me areas of concern and what could be done to mitigate issues. He knew the ins and outs of each and every detail of every piece of the property, down to the window strings not being thoroughly installed. He tested systems and made recommendations based on what he saw. The report he sent after was insightful, diligent, and professional. His passion for homes and home components was readily evident throughout the process. If you are buying a home, get a home inspection. If you are buying a home in Homesight Inspection's service area, I heavily recommend you use them."

"This company came to my door offering to put an extra layer of insulation in the upstairs with a rebate from Columbia Gas. They were very low pressure with the sales, and they left me some information to think about it. I checked them out by calling Columbia gas and then proceeded with the work. When they arrived they mentioned another layer of insulation in addition to the one I signed up for, but they offered this at no pressure and accepted my answer of no. I got 330 dollars back from right away, and I also am getting a tax credit, making the insulation cost a little less than $200. This is exactly what they said to me; there have been no hidden cost. It is hard to judge quality with this job because you can't see it, but the upstairs does seem to hold its temperature better."

"We thought we just needed air duct cleaning as part of the process to clean a rental home in preparation of the sale of the home. While the home was quite a big mess, we had indications of illegal activity and decided to have the home tested for contaminates. Testing positive we decided to go with a company who was certified in meth cleanup and who could provide us with a certificate of remediation. This company has specific federal guidelines to follow as well as the proper gear for cleaning. We had to use their company's air duct cleaning service for certification. When I told this story to Smart Energy Solutions, they were very understanding and agreed with the outcome of service. The owner of Smart Energy agreed to honor a refund, and I am grateful. Because of this, I will contact Smart Energy Solutions in the future for my own home needs."

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
