"This review is almost 2 years past due but because of family illness and death I kept putting it off and I greatly apologize for that. In March, 2020, I contacted Progressive after finding out Exodus, a company I hired to install a sliding door in the early 2000s was no longer in business and that the owner now works for Progressive. On a Sunday evening I had a problem closing the door by about 12 inches and left a frantic message on their voicemail. It probably seems silly but it was winter and I had an elderly parent living with me so I was very concerned with the cold even though I did everything I could to cover it up. Before end of business on Monday Progressive came out and fixed the (thankfully) very simple problem and asked for nothing in return. What more can anyone ask for? I will be forever grateful for their assistance."

The crew were punctual and very considerate, making sure everything was covered in plastic to keep things clean. There were A LOT OF rocks and debris in the attic (apparently the roof used to be flat concrete). So, it took them all day instead of half the day to finish the work. I feel so bad for the crew, and they were still so nice."

It has always stayed cool without the ac on.  Now even with the ac it's too warm. I called and it took 4 days to return my call.  Then I was told by Evelyn that she's gonna have mike call me to check things out. That was 3 days ago.  I'm going to have to get the contractors board involved I guess.  I spent 4k and this is how I'm treated? WOW.  This is VERY disappointing.  His crew didn't even know my specific plans when they showed up for the job. I had to make sure they knew. They would've done it wrong if I didn't have the foresight to confirm. This is REALLY BAD ? STRIKE 3.  Sad that you have to get to this to have good work done on your home after paying $3,999.  I REGRET using this company.  My house was better off before they got ahold of it.  Once they have your money they don't care.
