"Ken came out originally to do some duct cleaning but noticed that a lot of our supply and returns weren’t sealed properly with mastic (he showed us the areas that needed work). He came back out and sealed all the ducts, installed an air purifier and cleaned and sanitized all the ductwork. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Definitely recommend his services."

"The service went great. Darren showed up right on time and went straight to work. He explained the entire process to me and let me watch along side him. Unfortunately the dryer vent was very clogged. The last part of the service includes going on the roof and cleaning out the vent cap. This includes a video with audio illustrating the vent being completely freed of debris. The dryer is now in great working order again. Would definitely recommend Fresh Air Services."

"The day he as supposed to come at 11, he called at 3 to cancel because other cars took too much time. He re-scheduled for today and was on time. He sold me an additional service, cleaning my exterior lights of their yellow film, for $50. He forgot to do the exterior wash before clearing the headlights. So he could not do the wash today. He offered to come back and do it another day or give me $10 off, which I chose. The interior of the car and the mats do all look great!"
