"1.  I called "Diversified Plumbing" owner, Forest Leonard, to arrange for him to do some non-emergency work in my home. <br /> 2.  We set a time and Forrest & Lance, his helper, showed up the next day on time. <br /> 3.  I showed him where the problem areas were, namely the kitchen faucet fixture & a bathroom toilet tank.  <br /> 4.  He showed me some new faucet fixtures and toiIet tank repair parts.  <br /> 5.  I selected a new faucet fixture for the kitchen, while the toilet tank parts were standard internal parts.   <br /> 6.  Mr. Leonard went to work repairing the toilet tank while Lance removed and installed the new faucet fixture in the kitchen. <br /> 7.  In 45 mins., they were finished. <br /> 8.  I had another toilet tank for him to inspect for wear and defective parts, plus a water filter line coming into the house.  He said they were both in serviceable condition and that there was no charge for the inspection.     <br /> 9.  Mr. Leonard made out a bill which included all labor and parts for $333.00 & I paid him by check. <br /> 10. They left for their next job.   <br /> <br />"

"James promptly gave a free estimate after I contacted him. After I decided to use his services, he drilled holes in the side walls of the house and filled them with insulation.  He had to return later for the attic due to work being done in the house.  He came when he said he would and finished quickly.  <br /> We have been remodeling for about 4 months using a variety of contractors.  The folks we've used have by and large been unpredictable, often showing up late or not at all. James is an exception, arriving on time and getting the job done on schedule, on budget, and done right. He stayed in contact and addressed all my questions and one concern that he took care of quickly. He seems to be very knowlegeable about insulation. "I had a solar powered vent and blanket-type radiant barrier installed in the attic.  We decided on the blanket type because it appears to be more efficient than the spray-on type.  The salesman arrived on time, very professional, no pressure.  Installers arrived on-time and did a great job.  They were clean and quiet, worked quickly and did not leave any mess of any kind.  Upon completion, the crew foreman explained what they had done and explained in detail how best to protect and maintain the products for maximum benefit.  Because this summer was so insanely hot, I have not been able to tell if I am saving any money on my cooling bills.  The attic seems cooler because of the solar powered vent, so I feel confident that I am getting some benefit from these products.  Overall, the job went very well.  I can recommend the company based on the overall experience, but I have not been able to tell if I am saving any money on utilities."
