"My sales persons David L... was very promising and extremely kind and helpful, but after I signed the contract he completely checked out. after calling many times does not respond. unprofessional , My fist installers was horrible. took him 7 hours to install patio door.......... thanks god to second installers Tom .he did a good job and fixed all his mistakes . over roll good product but nut good service im not sure if I recommend WN"

"Windows were good and in stalled was fine ,then business was sold and new owner was not responsive to a problem that arose with one window. A part broke and the new owner came out and said he would order the part. He set up an appointment for two weeks ahead at 12:00. He never showed. I called the guy 3 different times and he did not return calls. I called the past owner who got the pats for me but, I had to hire a third party to do the repair . The third party is on vacation and will do the work when he returns. The windows cost $2700.00. I expected better service then this. This is an update to my august review. After the previous review I received call from the owners assistant , she wanted to help correct the previous problem I had concerning a repair. The owner wanted to come out and correct the problem He came out ,got the parts that he needed and repaired the window . Any problem we had in the past has been corrected."

"Had Stanek windows and patio door installed approx. 15 years ago. Patio door was getting a little difficult to slide open and close. Called Stanek, they sent technician, Cory, out and within 30 minutes he had door operating good as new. Our Stanek windows are great and good as new."

"A Century Chimney camera inspection of the chimney in our 90-plus year old house revealed badly deteriorated flue tiles. The damage -- which made our fireplace too hazardous to use -- was beyond ordinary repair and required the installation of a stainless steel liner. Century installed the liner, insulating it with Thermix; parged the smoke chamber; installed a new damper and crown; and performed all the necessary grinding and tuckpointing of the masonry. The chimney is tall (about 27 feet) and the liner job was challenging. Owner Gary Spolar was onsite for the daylong job. He and his team really know their stuff. In addition to being experts, they were also punctual, responsive, friendly, and thoroughly professional. Plus they left the site clean, inside the house and out. The work was done in September 2018. We've used the fireplace multiple times since then and it works perfectly."

"They specialize in this kind of service. Worked with the insurance company to ascertain amount of damage.
The crew arrived at the time specified and completed the tear-off and installation expeditiously. Were very professional and clean. Ensured that none of plants and landscaping was harmed. Cleaned up after work very well. Salesman checked back couple of days later to make surethat work was satisfactory and took care of one small item that wasn't quite right.
Price was very competitive. Recommended them to several neighbors who then had the work done and they also were pleased.

"After reading other people's experience with Garrity Painting and doing my own exhaustive search on their track record, I called for an estimate. The owner, John Garrity, returned my call the same day and scheduled a site visit to see the scope of our project. The more I talked to him, the more it was evident that he and his team take great pride in their work. Little did I realize just how honest and hard working those guys would be! Not only were they here every day, all day, they took their time prepping surfaces (like sanding our garage doors and front door -- several times), they fixed issues they found along the way instead of simply painting over it, they painted test colors around the outside in various places so we could see the colors in different times of the day, they walked around to confirm which colors went where, they primed and they did not cheat us on the amount of paint they used for each coat. They did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB! We've had friends and family drive past the house because it has undergone such a transformation, they didn't recognize it. Of course, changing the color is a big factor, but the time and effort Garrity and his team put into the work is what really makes the biggest difference. He was 1 of 4 contractors we had out to provide an estimate and his was not only the most fair but the most thorough -- no stone was left unturned to make our house look fabulous and more importantly, he was easy and honest to work with. His communication was always timely and he always answered any questions we had. Besides the house, they also sanded and refinished our deck, steps and posts. What John said they would do, they did. No cutting corners, no adding to the estimate after we accepted the proposal. It really is rare to find business owners who still work onsite daily and ensure the customer is beyond happy. Save yourself some time with other companies - you will be hard pressed to find one better than Garrity Painting."

"I had all brand new interior doors installed inside my house last winter. Three of the doors were sticking and would not close at all. I called On The Job, left a message detailing my problem, and a short time later I received a call from Bob. I asked if this was the kind of job that he would do and he stated probably but he would like to come out and check just to make sure he knew just what the problem was with the doors. He came out that same afternoon (I think it was 6/6) and scheduled the work to be done on Saturday morning (6/11) since he was involved in other jobs. On Wednesday 6/8, I got a call from Bob that he had some free time between jobs and asked if he could come that afternoon. He and Jeff showed up and had the job done in about 2 hours. They did an absolutely beautiful job. And, no wood shavings were left anywhere at all. They were very organized, professional, prompt and extremely clean workers. I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend On The Job to anyone who needs repair jobs done. I have every intention to have them back again when I have another problem that needs repairing. "

"Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at 1st Security for a few months now and they're great. They're far more responsive than any other alarm company I've worked with and they're focused on meeting your needs, versus endlessly trying to get you to buy more services and sensors that you might not need. In the house I just bought some other alarm company had installed a window open/close sensor on a window that doesn't open - probably fooling the prior senior citizen owners to pay more for more equipment they didn't need. I rest assured that 1st Security would never do something so foolish and greedy. They're good, honest people, and this is something that's unfortunately hard to find in the alarm business. I recommend them."
