"It went well. However, after they left I noticed a humming noise that I knew I could not live with. They came out the day after we called them about it, and replaced the transformer. We paid for the part, but thankfully they did not charge us to come out to our house again."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. "I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. The work that they did took only 2 days from start to finish and now we have more space at the garage, and the bills are much lower than before…."

"They were good. For what they did, the price was fine. I think the thing that was unexpected for me was that they really did not go up on a ladder or anything and do the windows. They sprayed something up there and hoped for the best. Although it was better when they left, I did not know they were going to do the way they did it. You can only expect so much when they spray something on it from the ground. The quality was okay. It was not that awful. They showed up on time when they were supposed to. Their professionalism was fine. I would not use them again in the future because I do not think you can do the best job in the world from the ground on a two-story window."

"The plumbing upgrade and dishwasher installation went very well this morning.  I bought a dishwasher for first-time installation in my older home and had texted Joshua the night before with pics of the "then current" plumbing and electrical situation.  He arrived on time with proper plumbing and electrical fittings and went immediately to work.  The used dishwasher I'd bought required more pieces, so getting those from Lowe's was arranged and he finished the entire job within 2 hours!  The only small concern (which he immediately straightened out!!) was the chrome airgap pop-up on the sink was a bit crooked, but again, he fixed that right up.   I am looking forward to hearing his estimate on some upcoming electrical  work for my patio.   I WILL recommend him to my neighbors and local friends!!
