"I can’t say enough about Everguard Insulation. I live in a two story, 2200 sqft home, built in 1986, which over the past 13 years of ownership has proven to be very poorly insulated. With recent summers getting hotter and hotter, and winters feeling colder and colder, I knew I had to do something. Whole house fan, Check. New double pane windows, Check. Finally, AC, Check. Still, even with all that, hot in summer, cold in winter. I reached out to a number of insulation companies, but was not happy with the responses from any of them, until I found Everguard. I explained my situation, and they suggested two options; 1) Clad the inside of my roof with a radiant barrier, and/or 2) Increase my attic blown insulation from the present 3” depth to 13” depth. Since I already had solar panels on my roof, acting as deflectors of direct heat, I chose to go with the 13” of insulation. It is important to note that I reached out to Everguard in the spring of 2022, and didn’t finally arrange for the work until the fall. Another company might have hounded me for the sale. Everguard just made a few courtesy calls during a 6 month span, just to see if I was still interested. I appreciate that. I can’t stand pushy salesmen. When it came time for the installation, a crew of two arrived and worked quickly, cleanly, and efficiently, completing the entire job in just over one hour. I can truly say it was the right choice since the house stays warmer on cold nights, and cooler on warm days. Everguard Insulation. The right company, the right price, and excellent work and results. "It went excellently! Cynthia was my contact and she responded quickly to every question I posed; and I posed many. One thing I was particularly concerned about was whether Everguard Insulation filled in the holes that would be created on the outside of my home's walls (2 holes of about 2" in diameter every 16" which would mean over 100 for my 1360 square foot home) or if they would just put a Styrofoam plug in the holes. If they just put a plug in the holes, which wouldn't be air tight, protect against varmint or bug invasion, and would not have a stucco covering, then I would have to pay a separate company to do that (one company said they would charge me $15 per hole!). Cynthia assured me that they would fill in each hole and try to match it to the texture of the existing stucco, and each would dry and be air tight and secure. And they were! Two men came out and completed the entire house in one day, and they did a wonderful job! Where my water heater was, they drilled holes in the wall from the inside since that wall couldn't be accessed from the outside--and then filled and patched those holes too (at my request). When they were done, the patches looked good, and they cleaned up after themselves so that you wouldn't know they'd be there! Cynthia did say that the holes would dry in a day and then I would need my painters to come out and paint a good, thick primer over the holes, which I had already scheduled. I was VERY HAPPY with the work of the Everguard crew! I am going to have them do my attic insulation next, and I know they will do a fantastic job!"

"The Progressive team was great throughout the process. Sam, the salesman, was punctual and professional, and was happy to revamp my estimate a few different times based on some changes we were considering. The installation team was very clean and I am very happy with the look of the new windows. They went above and beyond with their trim work and they did a great job matching the stucco on the exterior of the house (the inspector even commented on the quality). There was a scratch on one of the panes that we noticed right after installation, and they helped us get it replaced right away. I have also had to call back for minor questions (getting an updated invoice for tax purposes, etc) and they have always gotten back to me same-day. I highly recommend working with this company, especially since their prices were so reasonable compared to the other companies I got estimates from."

"This is the second time we've worked with Viking Insulation. The first was through our contractor, when Viking insulated the exterior of the house (it was down to the studs during a stucco job) and also insulated our attic. As we had our 'sides and top' insulated but not our floors, we imagined that we were still losing heat (in winter) and A/C (in summer). That said, we knew it would be a tricky and difficult installation, given that the access is small, the crawl space is short and we have some HVAC ducts beneath the house. Our inquiry was answered promptly, we were given a very fair price per foot, and the work was scheduled and performed within two days. The guys who came to install the insulation were friendly, worked efficiently, and cleaned up every bit of insulation, such that after they were done, no one would have been able to tell that numerous rolls of insulation had been brought into our yard, cut to size, dragged beneath our house, and installed. They affixed the insulation to the floor joists with wire, and left no wire or staples anywhere. We were very pleased with their work, and would recommend them highly. <br />"

"All Four Seasons AC & Heating was responsive, fast, and fixed our dire problem in their first visit. Worst case scenario for us: in the midst of one of the hottest longest heat waves in LA history, over a holiday weekend, one of our outdoor fans broke down. We requested four bids on Angi and submitted to American Home Shield. ONLY All Four Seasons responded, on a Sunday no less, and we scheduled a visit, on the Wednesday after the Labor Day weekend. They showed up on time, in 105 degree weather, ran some tests, diagnosed the problem, and were able to fix the problem within an hour. American Home Shield won't even send someone for at least two weeks, and then they add another two weeks to order parts. I would recommend All 4 Seasons to anyone in a fix."
