"It is rare these days to find a great company with good values. This is one of those instances; I cannot say enough, good things about the professionalism of the employees at the office and those that showed up on site to install wall insulation. They showed up at the beginning of the two hour window, which was fantastic and explained everything with upfront pricing. We even asked for additional insulation and they were able to accommodate. Our home walls are now insulated and we even noticed a difference right away. From the time of arrival to completion they were nothing but exemplary. "It went excellently! Cynthia was my contact and she responded quickly to every question I posed; and I posed many. One thing I was particularly concerned about was whether Everguard Insulation filled in the holes that would be created on the outside of my home's walls (2 holes of about 2" in diameter every 16" which would mean over 100 for my 1360 square foot home) or if they would just put a Styrofoam plug in the holes. If they just put a plug in the holes, which wouldn't be air tight, protect against varmint or bug invasion, and would not have a stucco covering, then I would have to pay a separate company to do that (one company said they would charge me $15 per hole!). Cynthia assured me that they would fill in each hole and try to match it to the texture of the existing stucco, and each would dry and be air tight and secure. And they were! Two men came out and completed the entire house in one day, and they did a wonderful job! Where my water heater was, they drilled holes in the wall from the inside since that wall couldn't be accessed from the outside--and then filled and patched those holes too (at my request). When they were done, the patches looked good, and they cleaned up after themselves so that you wouldn't know they'd be there! Cynthia did say that the holes would dry in a day and then I would need my painters to come out and paint a good, thick primer over the holes, which I had already scheduled. I was VERY HAPPY with the work of the Everguard crew! I am going to have them do my attic insulation next, and I know they will do a fantastic job!"

"The Progressive team was great throughout the process. Sam, the salesman, was punctual and professional, and was happy to revamp my estimate a few different times based on some changes we were considering. The installation team was very clean and I am very happy with the look of the new windows. They went above and beyond with their trim work and they did a great job matching the stucco on the exterior of the house (the inspector even commented on the quality). There was a scratch on one of the panes that we noticed right after installation, and they helped us get it replaced right away. I have also had to call back for minor questions (getting an updated invoice for tax purposes, etc) and they have always gotten back to me same-day. I highly recommend working with this company, especially since their prices were so reasonable compared to the other companies I got estimates from."

"All Four Seasons is our go-to company for our heating and cooling problems. This was the third time we've used them in six years, and couldn't be happier. Our AC stopped cooling on July 4, and by Monday, we were melting! I called first thing Monday morning (Kaitlin was very helpful) and we had a technician out by the afternoon (15 minutes into the two-hour window given). Jessie checked out our system, made suggestions, and gave us the best-case-scenario/worst-case-scenario. We followed his suggestion to start with a full-system pressure check (which would have been a few hundred dollars and taken several days) before jumping to a system replacement, in case the problem wasn't fixable. We scheduled the test for the following day (today) and was given a 1.5 hour window. Jessie again showed up 15 minutes into the window, and began the process of the test. He was able to see right away what the actual problem was, and was able to fix it immediately, instead of having to run the entire test. We were anticipating spending several thousand dollars on a new system, or at least a few thousand to do the test and fix, but we ended up spending a fraction of that with a much more minor fix, and we have cool air again. I have always trusted the technicians from this company and have never felt they were trying to up-sell me on fixes that weren't necessary. I would highly recommend them!"
