The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. I fully intend to use him again for home renovations we have planned."

"Overall installation went really well. Karl constantly shows ingenuity on any project he works on. He seems to be able to look at a picture and easily re-create it. For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised. He is definitely the exception among your usual lot of South Florida contractors.

"Dan and Tony were great ! They were prompt and exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable and got right to work. Dan uncovered an underlying problem of a leaking roof causing the rotting of my fascia board which I was totally unaware of. He suggested that I repair the roof section that had rotted away before any repair was done to the fascia for obvious reasons. Dan installed temporary boards to keep any unwanted animals out and at the same time allowed the roofer easy access to inspect the damage by unscrewing the temporary boards with ease. They also redirected a dryer vent that was blowing onto the back of my AC compressor and mcGivered it so that it wasn't blowing any lint onto the compressor anymore. Lastly, they installed two electrical outlets in my garage. They did a great job in all aspects of my requests and I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who wans an A1 job for any of their projects.

"My paragraph above pretty much explains what happened, except for this: I'm truly happy to report that my experience with Kenaco has been one of the very best I've had with ANY home improvement company, anywhere! I called Kenaco because I found them on Angie's List. I was feeling totally despondent because I had been trying to get my patio project going for about 4 weeks but have had one issue after the next with other companies that disappointed me. (They either didn't show up or were late or rude  etc.) What is amazing is that I called Kenaco and spoke with John on Thursday, June 16th. We set up an appointment for the next morning when John and his associate came over to inspect the patio. (It looked awful.) They were very professional and gave me some suggestions on the materials and colors that would work. John wrote out a proposal, and I was so impressed that I signed it and gave him a deposit on the spot. He scheduled his guy Alex to come out and start the job on Saturday morning, and the rest is history! MY ENTIRE PATIO IS ALREADY COMPLETED AND LOOKING BEAUTIFUL TODAY, JUNE 19TH! From start to finish, this job (that I couldn't get done for 4 weeks prior) was completed by Kenaco within 3 days. AMAZING! It just goes to show that when people are professional, they can make it happen. This company also screens in patios and remodels bathrooms and kitchens. They will certainly get my business from now on!"

"Christine worked with me on the organization while her two assistants cleaned the bedrooms, bathrooms and as much of the rest of the place as they could. The shutter and windows guys were still working as it turns out, because of delays on their projects. I will definitely have them back to clean up once EVERYTHING is finally done, and have Christine help me organize the bedroom closets and and utility room off the laundry room,"
