"We had a thermostat that was under a lifetime warranty by Gibson's that malfunctioned and we could not adjust the temperature higher, only lower. <br /> We called Gibson's at 9:30AM this morning and were told they would be here between 3:00PM and 5:00PM. We received a calla t around noon to see if we were home for them to come earlier. <br /> The man from Gibson's came at about 1:10-1:15 and looked at the thermostat and said he would take care of it. He went out to his truck and got a new and changed them out. <br /> It truly was a "Lifetime Warranty". There was no charge to replace it and they didn't pull one of those sneaky "service call" charges for coming out. <br /> We are exceptionally happy with the service we received!!!!!! <br /> Would not consider using any other company. <br />"

"First talked to them in August about the roof, damaged by hail.  Very thorough explanation of the costs, repairs needed, additional services available, and how to work with the insurance company.  They handled all the negotiation with the insurance company, which was nice.  Due to the recent hailstorms, we knew ours was not first on the list and were told that the damage to our roof would not result in leaks, and by September we were told the repairs might be done in Spring, due to weather not being warm enough.  Roof was finished just before Christmas when we had a warm spell.  They tore off shingles one day and put on the protective plastic stuff, then came back the next day and roofed.  They were very good about cleanup and communicated with me about every step of the process.  Nothing but polite, friendly communication from beginning to end, with all questions answered--sometimes before I knew to ask them!  I feel confident about their work, not only because of the way they worked with me, but because the crew that was up on my roof has been working for the company for nearly 15 years, and that says a lot about stability.  Fortenberry is also handling some other repairs through their contracting services (eave and soffit repair, painting, and venting) and it, too has been done by friendly people who are interested in good quality work.  When I asked questions or noticed a tiny place that I thought they missed in painting, the response was, "We'll get right on that, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.  We want our work to be quality because you paid for it and you deserve it."  Can't ask for more than that!"
