"What an Amazing Company!! I had a Major Plumbing Issue after my son knocked the top off the toilet and busted the pipe that connects the water in to the wall. I got on Angie List and found Free Emergency Plumber.Com and within a half hour they were at my house. Not only did they fix the leak and the pipe for FREE, but the technician was also able to assist me in getting my house dried out (slightly flooded three or four rooms)! The guys at Free Emergency Plumber.Com even helped when dealing with my insurance company. Start to finish they handled just about everything for me, all I had to do was sit back and let them work. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business. I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served. I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project. I would recommend them without any reservation. I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed. Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.
