Over the course of 2 weeks, Richard and Charlie were consistently punctual and took great care to be respectful of our home (always used drop cloths everywhere they walked, swept/cleaned up after themselves daily & used the proper machines/filters so dust wouldn’t end up all over our house). "David has been fixing up our challenging home for years. He was creative in installing a ventilation unit in our kitchen even though the ceiling wasn't easily designed for such an outlet. It looks great and has been working well. He has replaced doors, including large window sliding doors and removed a decaying set of stairs, replacing them with siding like we requested. Our projects were having our fieldstone basement repointed, adding a small piece to our existing fence to our garage, and adding paving stones behind the garage. While he was here, we showed him another project we were considering, and he was able to fit that in the following week. The second project was cleaning out the attic of the garage, removing the floorboards and installing a new 4-foot shelf in the attic ceiling, painting the interior, and installing 3 new windows.
