"The team from McLaughlin Weatherization, who completed the work from my Mass Save Program energy audit to install insulation in my attic was AWESOME! They were a team of 3, who ensured the job got done efficiently and well. Professional, courteous and personable! I was very pleased with how they entered my home, treated my home and me while in it and when they left they even brushed up the very last of any dirt they might have brought in. I cannot rave enough about how great the experience was because I was able to work downstairs and stay out of their way but they definitely went above and beyond in my opinion! I didn't know the front door would get a package of weather stripping too. So while that was nice, the guy in charge of the team of 3 not only removed the old to install the new, the front door closes properly now! I cannot thank you enough for this small act of kindness (even if it was fixed with the new trim) because I had been so worried about my kitties getting out one day because the latch would not catch to keep the door closed. Also, the senior member leading the team demonstrated his years of experience and knowledge and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company as a partner for Mass Save and I would personally pay them for any future work needed if not covered by Mass Save."

José and Walter were professional, friendly, efficient, and respectful of the property. They were helpful throughout the process, completed the job in 2 days, and cleaned up well afterward. My house felt warmer on the first cold day, even before the heat was on. In addition, José averted a dangerous situation while replacing the dryer vent hose in the attic with an insulated one. He found a large mass of lint clogging the old hose, which could become a potential fire hazard. I cannot say enough positive things about the whole experience. I highly recommend ABT!"

When we were asked if we had a specific contractor we wanted to use, we requested Bob's Insulation because we used them in 2010 and had a great experience. Not only are they punctual and professional, they also have a great demeanor. If I had any questions, which I always do, or needed clarification, Bob, Brian, and Amy were willing to take the time to answer them. "We can’t say enough good things about Celio Prado Painting. For a very reasonable price, Douglas’s crew safely removed nearly all of the flaking lead paint from our house and repainted, as well as painting the garage. Douglas’s crew was very hardworking, efficient, and friendly. They really went above and beyond, too: for example, we had a loose clapboard where a cable runs into the house, and they reattached it. They also stripped the lead paint from the interior of our back vestibule for us, even though it isn’t technically part of the exterior, without charging us extra for it. We’ve gotten a lot of positive feecback from neighbors, commenting both on how beautiful the paint job is and how friendly the crew was."
