"I won't call any other heating or AC experts ever again. Twice now, I've had incomparable experiences. I had another highly reputed company come diagnose my failed furnace and provide an estimate, but AirPros' price for the same part and repair was much more reasonable and furnace repairs are not cheap, so the difference mattered significantly. "What started as a routine maintenance visit turned serious fast. Carl serviced our furnace and found carbon monoxide levels over 300 ppm in the venting - something we had no idea about. He also caught that the motor was too weak to properly push exhaust out, meaning CO was lingering instead of venting safely. If that leaked into the home, it could’ve been dangerous. He flagged it immediately and told us to get a CO detector right away - honestly may have saved us. Carl walked us through repair vs. replacement with no pressure and had Chris out the same day, during a snowstorm no less. Once we chose a system, Vladi came quickly, and Carl even returned to help with the install. Seamless experience, great communication, and real care.
