"Absolutely fantastic!!! Locating someone who is honest and competent is difficult to find in HVAC - if I took the word of every tech that said "you have a cracked heat exchange", who scared tenants into believing that they were dying from poisonous gases, I would be out $35k in under 2 yrs. (One of those claims was not a cracked exchange but a wasp's nest.) I found Mike's name on Angie's List after I took over managing our family's residential and commercial properties, and after being lied to or being mislead by incompetent techs. Other than familiarity with HVAC as a homeowner, my experience was limited. Mike helped me navigate through my "on the job" exposure, beginning with identifying for me the unique/odd/old units in some of our apartment buildings that some techs had never seen before. Mike was the 4th company in a row that I called who didn't work on that type of unit. But he was the first that didn't charge me a service call, and the only one who could identify the type of unit it was and who could work on them. Since that time, Mike has been my most prized contact! He arrives on time, is respectful to our tenants and their homes, and he has never walked away from a job because he could make more money on another service call - we had another valued HVAC contact who went MIA, stringing me along, while a post-op tenant was enduring week long heat wave. When I called Mike, he was out the next day, and had it fixed in three hours. It was a tedious job, but he did it. As long as I am responsible for our buildings, he will be first on our call list!! I believe in honor and loyalty, and this company deserves mine!!!!!"

"I had a great experience with G & R Heating & Air! They handled multiple services for me, including repairing my wall heater and servicing my central A/C, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained each step clearly."

"Dave was very nice and professional. Gave me a fair estimate for a new system. Brett and Jake assessed the problem and determined that there was no problem contrary to what I was told by Temperature Docs "your system is fried, your only recourse is to buy a new furnace and air conditioner" for nearly $7,000! My air condtioner started working with a tweak of a knowing plier. I was not charged a repair cost only for the service call /diagnostic which was very reasonable. I asked Brett if my system looked "fried" and he said no. I was more than relieved that the situation was remedied so easily and economically. I was impressed by everyone's professionalism and most of all honesty. I would recommend this company to anyone need heating and cooling assistance. Best of all it is veteran owned!"

"This business is the company that bought the older Barrington Heating and Air Conditioning. I have relied on Barrington to service my house furnace and A/C for more than 50 years. They have come to my rescue more than once. My service technicians have become friends, not just repair people."

"I highly recommend Seth for HVAC, heating, electrical work, and gas stove repairs. He has completed work for me on multiple different occasions, and every experience has been excellent. He responds promptly, shows up when he says he will, provides quality work at fair and reasonable prices. He is professional, honest, dependable and takes pride in what he does. It?s rare to find someone this reliable these days. I will continue to use his services and confidently recommend him to others."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Marco from R & G did an excellent job replacing the water heater at my rental property. I have called him many times for a variety of services at different locations. He is very professional, and I recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC services."

"Their price was average. They were okay. I had some couple of things done there a few years ago, but the one thing that they told me was that I needed a new battery, and the price they quoted me, I thought, was quite high. I actually went to my son in Wisconsin who has his own automotive repair, and he put one in for much less. When they tested it, they still found that it had a charge. So, I was not quite sure what that was all about. That was the only thing I will say that I was confused about. As far as I know, the quality of their work was okay. They were quick to do things. They were friendly and have a nice facility. The workers seemed very personable."
