"Great company and great people. I would use them again in a heartbeat. My experience started with a call to Gregg, one of the owners. He said he was just leaving my neighborhood but would be back in a week or two and would take a look at my project. In just over a week he did just that. When he was out he took a look around the whole house and found a few other spots that needed some brick work. On the day of the job Larry, one of the other owners, did a great job rebuilding the chimney. Gregg and the other guys did a perfect job rebuilding the brick foundation under the front porch and doing a couple other small brick repairs on the house. They went above and beyond. The front porch cement slab was not centered over the foundation and Gregg extended the brick on one side so the porch overhang was even. They came back on the second day to wash the brick and gave me a temporary step since the final paver work won’t be done for a month or so. They thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Beautiful job. Reliable. Fair price. I’d highly recommend Pisani Contracting."

"The install team led by Jeff was on time and professional. Friendly and personable. They left the job site clean when the initial work was completed. Follow up on the next day was completed in about 1/2 hour and returned the area to the original condition. We did not need to do any further clean up or adjustment. "We are very pleased with how the process went from initial consultation through the completion of the work. They started the job about 5 1/2 weeks after we hired them which was a little sooner than the original estimate. The workers arrived daily between 8-8:30 and worked until around 5pm. We had wood siding that had spots that were rotting. They removed the old siding and gutters, installed new insulation and wrap, and replaced with new vinyl siding, aluminum trim, and new gutters. It took three guys eight days to complete the siding/trim job, and the gutter guys finished in one day. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves every day, although we did find a few nails and bits and pieces of aluminum trim on our patio and in the grass in the days following the completion of the work."

"The job went well.  Once into the tuck pointing part of the job, it was obvious that a lot of mortar behind the outside brick had eroded away.  Michael did a great job making sure the job was done correctly.  As for the roof, the fixes he did, addressed the problem of leaking at the flashing.

Brick Preservation came highly recommended from a close family friend. They exceeded all expectations from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. 1 month after the job was completed I even received a follow up call to ensure that I was satisfied with the job.

The work crew was led by James himself. It was completed 2 days prior to his original estimate and the cost was just under the original quote.

The new mortar color and texture was a perfect match to the original from 1957. He was even able to reuse some of the original brick and match the replacement brick perfectly.

The work was performed safely and the crew was very professional at all times while they were at my home. The work area was kept neat while the work was performed and was spotless when he finished. (This was important to me because I have 3 young children and a large dog)

"A-1 Roofing & Siding did a fine job on my roof. There was concern that the plywood base was spongy but it turned out that it only needed a new sheet or two. While up there, they noticed that the chimney needed some minor repair that they were able to take care of. There was a crew below to clean up as the roofers dropped the old shingles, etc. A new ice/water barrier was installed and new flashing around the chimney. 50 year shingle warranty and 10 year labor warranty was included. There was concern that the dumpster would damage my new concrete driveway (3 mos. old), but there was no damage from that. All in all, the job only took about 2 days to finish. I would definitely hire them again for this kind of job."
