"Wet Basement Solutions sealed the walls of our basement and installed a sump pump about three years ago. As of today, 5/2/23, our area has experienced a great deal of rain, which would have caused our basement to flood in previous years. Since WBS did their work for us, our basement has remained perfectly dry. My husband and I have been singing their praises for the last few days!"

"Got a quoted. He was professional and seemed well informed. The cost was fair, but much more than the company I chose. The scope of work was the same. Sky could not do the job until the fall when they schedule their roofing jobs."

"This is for perspective customers. JP has recently been using and abusing its staff. The workload is unreal. The amount of work has increased, which means quality has decreased. The techs have a time limit for each account. This means rushing and overlooking details. Cheaper products compared to what used to be carried....yet an increase in price. Regional managers micro manage and its causing a ripple effect leading to un happy workers. They must suffer in silence, if you complain your job is at risk. Its a dirty game. Joe Pestana most likely isn't aware of how people are being treated. Going corporate was a mistake. They'd probably deny this, but its the truth."

"from a freezing, drafty upstairs, we could now heat the upstairs with a couple of candles! Joe and crew make it easy. Money well spent... quality remembered after price is forgot."

"Fine. Showed up on time. Reviewed everything, said all was in good working order. Gave some pointers about installing Nest thermostats and left. Was good to get on regular Strogen's call list."

"Were there on time, answered my questions, and polite. There were some nails left on the ground in the yard. Office experience: called a few times to get my paperwork."

"Tim and Chris were great to work with. They contacted me when they were going to be late due to traffic. The answered all my questions and they were very thorough. I would hire them in a heartbeat."

"The owner of the company came out to the house for an estimate and presentation as scheduled, and that visit was within a few days of the initial call to the business. He was casual yet cordial and did not offer a high-pressure sales pitch. One I decided to have him do the work (I had received estimates for Sears, Newpro, and Granite State Glass as well), he had a two-man window crew come out to take measurements and answer any follow-up questions. As for the installation, it proceeded within a few weeks and the crew did a great job of minimally disrupting my house and property. They cleaned up after themselves and showed respect for my home by moving materials in and out with care not to damage walls, floors, etc. In addition, the amount of time they took to complete the installation process was reasonable. I also was thought the crew members were personable and they answered my questions well. My only complaints concern some of the small details. First, I needed them to cut small one-inch by one-inch strips of wood to place along the sides of the windows because of the way the stops were designed on my old windows. When they ripped down the wood (which was of good quality), the saw blade must have been old and it left a rough edge that needed to be sanded. I did sand the strips before they were installed, but they could have used more attention in that regard and they look not as smooth as I would like now that they are painted with semi-gloss white paint. Second, they did a great job with the first several windows in terms of the caulking. However, the last few windows were tooled using dirty fingers and the caulk was not as clean as I would have liked. The darker areas of the caulk doesn't show now that I have painted the trim around the replacement windows, but that painting job could have been easier if I didn't have to be concerned with covering up spots. Third, two of the windows were slightly damaged during the installation. I'm still trying to have that issue addressed, but I'm confident that the company will take care of it once the spring weather takes hold. Finally, I am very pleased with the Harvey products that were installed. They look great, function well, and seem to have made my home more energy efficient and comfortable this past winter."
