They itemized and described the work, which included cleaning off the mold, replacing insulation, repairing joists, encapsulating the crawlspace, and creating a French Drain on the exterior of my unit to redirect the rain. He was very polite and professional. He went the extra mile to make it perfect, and to my liking. The tiling of my floor turned out beautiful. I was very happy with his work, and would definitely use him again. He also hauled off some old furniture that I had in my yard after he finished the job as a courtesy.
