"We had a difficult situation with an older heat pump that had been repaired, and when we needed some follow up help soon after, Ward (the owner) responded immediately (after hours!!), arriving the next day (a holiday!!!) to demonstrate what was wrong and help us find a solution we could afford. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
