"Doug did a phenomenal job! Very professional and courteous staff. Not too many places these days that you feel go above and beyond to provide good service - these guys are definitely like that. We work during the week and were unable to be present during installation, or later, when the work needed to be inspected.
They accommodated our schedule by sending someone out to the house to be present during the inspection. They charged a small fee, but to us, it was worth not having to take a day off from work. We were extremely happy that they accommodated our needs, and they really did not a great job. Would definitely recommend!

"I can’t say enough excellent things about Lance, the service technician who came out! We just purchased our first home so imagine our surprise when barely a month in the large grand chandelier fell from the ceiling in the early morning. I was going to replace it myself but remembered our home inspection pointed out some instances of aluminum wiring in the house so I thought I should have an electrician confirm the outlet was properly done before I go mucking around in the ceiling. Although it cost me an emergency dispatch fee, they had someone in my house first thing the very next morning. Lance was prompt and just so amazing - very kind and careful with keeping our house clean, taking care of the floors and finishings and really went above and beyond to help a very frazzled young family try figure out the mess they just purchased. While he was at our house we opted to have him also see if he could remove two outlets in the dining room from a dimmer switch so they can be always on. He explained the pricing up front and I knew what the job would cost as a final number before he began any work. For the first job, I was very impressed with how thorough and complete he was in taking care of not just the replacement chandelier, but even with safely disposing of the now broken old chandelier for us! He even offered to help move some boxes for the Salvation Army pick-up we had scheduled - I was just blown away by how kind and helpful he was! For the second job, I was so very pleased that he took the time to really figure out what was wrong. He ended up spending almost three hours discovering several issues - including things like faulty attempts at mitigating aluminum wire connection points in several outlets that we received confirmation prior to settling on the home had been fixed. He was able to come up with creative solutions to safely leverage what was already available to solve our problem and the best part is he really took the time to not only do it right, but to explain everything as he went and really helped me learn more about my house and how I can discover and resolve similar problems in the future. Being someone who is always trying to learn I really appreciated his willingness to answer my questions and share his depth of knowledge and experience! In the end, even though the job was a lot longer than either of us thought it would be, and even though the original cause for the emergency dispatch was already resolved, Lance made sure he stayed until we had a solution in place and we still only paid the initial quoted price! Yes, the price did seem a bit high compared to what I’ve seen on other provider’s quoted rates. However, the work really is just that good - absolutely worth it AND charging by the job instead of the hour takes all of the guessing out of how much you will need to pay, not to mention covers situations like this where the job ended up taking quite a bit longer than originally anticipated. We couldn’t be happier. We were so pleased with the service that we also signed up for their annual service plan to avoid emergency dispatch fees in the future and to get their annual safety inspection. There’s a lot of uncertainty associated with buying our first home, but at least we now know who we will call for all of our electrical needs!"

"This is an excellent company. We have used them for year to service our heating and air conditioning units. It became necessary to think about replacing the units. We have two. Decided to replace both at the same time. They came out on a Monday and gave us an estimate and came out on Thursday and Friday to do the work. They totally cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working properly. Then they called a few days later to see that everything was working well. I highly recommend this company. All the technicians are polite and competent. The office staff is nice beyond belief. If you need any heating/AC work done, this is the company to do it."

we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

"Horizon Services was tasked to replace a 25 year old Central Air system. The team was on time, well mannered, polite, friendly, worked as one unit. Talking and giving suggestions to another if needed. Any mess they made, they cleaned up. I left the house to return to work. I left my cell phone number for them to call me if they completed the job prior to my return. they attempted to return items to their original space. I don't remember the crew taking a lunch break. I asked if anyone had lunch? They stated "finishing this job is more important.". The job took approximately ten hours. (Non stop) It was expensive, but worth it! When they removed the antiquated material it was replaced with brand new up to date equipment., The old equipment was taken away! I would highly recommend Horizon Services to anyone who asked."

"Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. Problem was diagnosed and FIXED within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable to the point I was shocked in a good way (expecting a higher price). "First, my project was to install, from scratch, a new HVAC system, including ducting, with tha furnace in basement (initially, it was upstears in a closed). Last year and early this year, I got 3 contractors on site, by direct call, and none of them answered my spefic questions but taking pictures and promising that will send an estimate. I never got it. I was getting anxious. So I got the idea go to Angi. First visit I got in the same day I put my request on Angie's site, called his boss advice me to just change the furnace. I could not, because the previous system was heating OK only one half of the house. Finally, next day I got AJB visit an made me happy. He understood perfectly what I wanted and my concerns and explained to better and quite ingenious solutions on my suggestions. I understood him perfectly because I have strong knowledge of aero-dinamicsor or fluid mechanics so I signed the contract right then. Now, I have a sweet warm house in every corner of it."
