"Overall, the process went well.  Mike is the salesman who visited my home and provided the estimate.  Other than a late arrival, Mike was professional and explained the impact of the insulation on the comfort of the home but could have done a better job quantifying the energy savings.  During the buying decision, Mike was available for questions and followed up in a professional manner.  I chose Garland because they were the most competitive on price and met the same service expectations as the other provider.  The installation crew were prompt, but there was some confusion at the dispatch because I was not notified that the crew was in-route and had to adjust my schedule.  Once the crew arrived, the set up quickly and installed the installation.  They quick, efficient, and mindful of not making a mess.  They laid plastic down and cleaned up after themselves.  I'm looking forward to the added comfort of my home. <br />"

"Stellrr is, without a doubt, one of the best contractors I have used in Austin... Our home was built in 1980, and the has all the wiring and rewiring that can be expected in 30+ years... Last year, we decided to remove the old insulation from the attic as a way to get a handle on a pest issue that we had... but because the attic is so old, and so much 'stuff' is laying around, we didn't want to use the more common blown insulation as replacement; after some research, we came across Stellrr, and the abundance of information they provided enabled us to make a more educated decision that we would otherwise have made... Wayne Mansur was willing to spend a long time over the phone answering all of my questions, and when he came to our home, he was very meticulous in taking all relevant measures... The actual job took a little over two days to complete, and once it was finished, we were able to feel the effects of superior insulation from day one! "After purchasing a previously owned home built in 2003, we discovered dramatic temperature variances in different parts of the house. The house is 2-story with several first floor projections extending out from under the upper floor including the entire master suite. When we hired an electrician to add can lights in the master bedroom, he had to cut an access in the master closet to access the crawl space over the master suite. He told us there was no blow-in insulation in that area. Terry Taylor of Enerchek spent several hours reviewing our problems at no charge. Apparently insulation was not installed in all of those critical attic spaces including over the entire master suite, because they were closed off during construction. Terry advised us to contact the original builder to see whether he and/or his subcontractor would assist in correcting the glaring design/construction deficiency to protect their reputations. After several unresponsive attempts to allow them to review the problem on site, we hired Enerchek to solve our problems. Terry was very professional and thorough. His crew was polite, friendly and worked hard to solve problems left by the original builder and his subcontractor. We not only solved the original problems, but performed some upgrades in other areas as well. The interior house temperatures are now equalized throughout and we are looking forward to lower heating & cooling bills! Thank you, Terry!"
