"Dale came into our home to test our water. He provided a demonstration with great education along the way to help us understand what he was looking for and how RainSoft could help. We have city water and were shocked to learn that our existing single-unit RO system in the kitchen, which we have used for years, was not cleaning our water the way we were told it was. I often thought about the internal impacts of chlorinated water but did not recognize the negative effects that happen to our bodies on the outside as well when our water is not clean and yet full of chemicals. Dale was so thoughtful and knowledgeable. We were very thankful for the insight and the level of options offered to meet us wherever we were financially. We would highly recommend an evaluation to anyone who does not know with confidence what is in their water."

"I couldn't get my water softener to work and I called H2o Pro's, not only were they affordable, they were prompt, very trustworthy and friendly, they had me up and running in no time at all and even came back to check it again for me to make sure everything was working properly, I can't wait to get my new system from them so I have fresh drinking water at all times and no longer have to go buy bottled water!!! "Called on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for Thursday PM. Canney's called at 11:40 Thursday and said technician would arrive in 30 minutes. Technician arrived at 12:08. While working initial issue, he identified several others that he fixed, The technician also provided several tips on how I could keep the water softener system running smoothly. Water softener system is now operational. The total service call was about 45 minutes."

"We are extremely impressed with Ben the Water Guy's top quality service. We had been "shopping" for some time for a whole-house filtering system to remove mainly iron and tannins from our well-water. Many companies that we contacted tried to convince us to go with a "reverse osmosis" system that would only service the kitchen tap and ice maker. We wanted the drinking water to be pure, as well as each of the bathroom sinks, tub/showers, and laundry, so we kept looking until we found Ben.
I called Ben on a Wednesday. He came to my house that Friday (by appointment and on time!) and the filters were completely installed the following Monday. Ben also called to follow up and make sure we were happy later that day. This level of service is virtually UNHEARD of in this day and age.
The other very important part of this for us is that all of the equipment is made in Michigan -- nothing is outsourced to another state or country. We like to support the local economy.
