"Called for a service call to see about leaking toilet, plumber arrived and performed work without my authorization, instead of calling the owner who was paying for the service the plumber got an unauthorized go ahead from the tenant - who was not paying. When it comes to landlord properties allowing the non-paying tenant to decide what work is done is asinine. Called Overland plumbing to complain, they said they would call me back two separate times but never did. Instead they harassed the tenant via email to pay for the service, despite knowing very well the tenant is not responsible for the payment. Charged $175 to caulk the toilet so it does not leak when I could have got a brand new toilet with install from my other plumber for $300. Could not make that decision because no one called me to discuss, instead did the work without my authorization. Just a chaotic mess. Normally I would not write a negative review but the harassment of the innocent tenant for payment, twice, was too much."

Following some troubleshooting talk, we came up with the best and least costly long term solution and price. Temporary fix was applied. Arrived on time the next morning. Trenching was completed in a day. Second day pipe was laid with connections completed AND pressure testing..no leaks and water now to our backyard lawn and plants late in the day. 3rd day trench filled. Armando, site supervisor came back and finished final details the morning of day 4. Very professional team!"

"I need to share my experience with Clear All Rooter. I called them a few weeks ago to replace my 14 yr old water heater. I told them I wanted to use a water heater by Bradford and White. He quoted my $2800.00 for a 50 gallon water. I did not do my due diligence and just said go ahead and replace it. I was kind of stressed at the time. Only later did I realize that the heater cost $1020.00 and I ended up paying $1800.00 for installation which I consider a massive rip off. It is all my fault for not asking upfront about product cost and labor. Dont make the same mistake. I ended up making a home improvement loan to pay it off over the next two years. They did a great job of installation but I dont think it was worth $1800.00. I am a veteran who lives a modest lifestyle and I dont appreciate this type of treatment. Please beware when you use Clear All Rooter. This could happen to you."

He notified me when he was on his way, and arrived even a few minutes before the beginning of the two hour window he gave me. Had it fully repaired in less than 10 minutes, had me flush and wait for it to fill to confirm it was working properly before paying him for the service. 10/10, would hire again!"
