"It is rare these days to find a great company with good values. This is one of those instances; I cannot say enough, good things about the professionalism of the employees at the office and those that showed up on site to install wall insulation. They showed up at the beginning of the two hour window, which was fantastic and explained everything with upfront pricing. We even asked for additional insulation and they were able to accommodate. Our home walls are now insulated and we even noticed a difference right away. From the time of arrival to completion they were nothing but exemplary. "It went excellently! Cynthia was my contact and she responded quickly to every question I posed; and I posed many. One thing I was particularly concerned about was whether Everguard Insulation filled in the holes that would be created on the outside of my home's walls (2 holes of about 2" in diameter every 16" which would mean over 100 for my 1360 square foot home) or if they would just put a Styrofoam plug in the holes. If they just put a plug in the holes, which wouldn't be air tight, protect against varmint or bug invasion, and would not have a stucco covering, then I would have to pay a separate company to do that (one company said they would charge me $15 per hole!). Cynthia assured me that they would fill in each hole and try to match it to the texture of the existing stucco, and each would dry and be air tight and secure. And they were! Two men came out and completed the entire house in one day, and they did a wonderful job! Where my water heater was, they drilled holes in the wall from the inside since that wall couldn't be accessed from the outside--and then filled and patched those holes too (at my request). When they were done, the patches looked good, and they cleaned up after themselves so that you wouldn't know they'd be there! Cynthia did say that the holes would dry in a day and then I would need my painters to come out and paint a good, thick primer over the holes, which I had already scheduled. I was VERY HAPPY with the work of the Everguard crew! I am going to have them do my attic insulation next, and I know they will do a fantastic job!"

"The Progressive team was great throughout the process. Sam, the salesman, was punctual and professional, and was happy to revamp my estimate a few different times based on some changes we were considering. The installation team was very clean and I am very happy with the look of the new windows. They went above and beyond with their trim work and they did a great job matching the stucco on the exterior of the house (the inspector even commented on the quality). There was a scratch on one of the panes that we noticed right after installation, and they helped us get it replaced right away. I have also had to call back for minor questions (getting an updated invoice for tax purposes, etc) and they have always gotten back to me same-day. I highly recommend working with this company, especially since their prices were so reasonable compared to the other companies I got estimates from."

"All Four Seasons AC & Heating was responsive, fast, and fixed our dire problem in their first visit. Worst case scenario for us: in the midst of one of the hottest longest heat waves in LA history, over a holiday weekend, one of our outdoor fans broke down. We requested four bids on Angi and submitted to American Home Shield. ONLY All Four Seasons responded, on a Sunday no less, and we scheduled a visit, on the Wednesday after the Labor Day weekend. They showed up on time, in 105 degree weather, ran some tests, diagnosed the problem, and were able to fix the problem within an hour. American Home Shield won't even send someone for at least two weeks, and then they add another two weeks to order parts. I would recommend All 4 Seasons to anyone in a fix."

"We had a mouse in our kitchen. Cute in theory I guess. Not cool when you have to explain the droppings to guests. If you want a company that knows what they’re doing, give Titan Rodent Control a try. They don’t have a magic wand but they will solve your issues rather quickly. My friends have used Titan Rodent Control and shared positive experiences when I had my own issues a few weeks back. We never had them come out and then I started finding tons of droppings in my kitchen. I had Titan visit a few times to set traps and dispose of rodents. They best part is that they seal the holes so rodents won’t have their own doorway to your home. I think this is key if you really want to eliminate the problem. Don’t shop the competition. I found Titan Rodent Control after I already hired two different companies who took my money but never solved my problem. Titan found so many missed holes that the other companies did not seal. All I could do was shake my head. I’ve dealt with too many pest control companies in my life. Seems like there’s a lot of incompetency or maybe it’s just greed. Titan Rodent Control is cut from a different cloth and that’s a good thing. I receive monthly service and my questions are always answered respectfully and with integrity. I don’t feel like I’m getting up sold every time I turn around. I notice something, the treat it while they’re on my property, and viola. Keep it up, Titan. My dog was going crazy around the crawlspace vents last week. He didn’t stop for a few days so I figured we had visitors. I called a few companies but Titan was the only one that appeared to operate like a real business. Turns out they provide a real impressive service too. I got trapping and rodent exclusion with a one year add-on warranty for a great deal. They come out regularly to check things for the warranty. Great company! My cat got sprayed by a skunk in the back yard. It was horrible. While Titan couldn’t reverse what had been done, they did help me ensure that it wouldn’t happen again. Titan Rodent Control arrested the skunk. Justice served! People don’t understand how important regular pest control is. There is one house on my block that is probably the catalyst for the rodents I experience chronically. I’m signed up with Titan Rodent Control’s monthly service. It’s the deal of the century and I couldn’t be happier. I enjoy my peace and quite with my price of mind."
