"Reddick and Sons replaced our old heat pump system after we started having problems with it. The company is well-run and everything is handled professionally and efficiently. The technicians are very knowledgeable and always answered all our questions. They quickly provided estimates for several different replacement system options covering a range of costs. The cost estimates were quite reasonable and they did not try to convince us to buy a more efficient system that would have been more expensive. While waiting for the installation, they were very helpful in keeping our old system running, coming out a couple of times at no extra cost to address problems that arose. The installation team arrived on schedule and worked carefully and efficiently. All the work was very nicely done. We are very happy with how the whole the process went and with the professionalism of the technicians and the organization. "I walked in ABS's repair shop, at 6PM (closing time), with a part from my car and asked them if they had or knew where I could get a replacement part.  I described the problem with my car and they took time to listen to me and understand the problem.   They asked me to bring the car to their shop but it was not drive-able.  So they offered to tow my car to their shop, for free, and  diagnose the problem with my car.  They gave me a verbal estimate of what the repair would cost, based on my description of the problem and the part in my hand.  They said they would call me in the morning with an estimate and timeline to complete the repair.   
The next morning, around 9:30am, I received a call at work from ABS. They had my car in the shop and told me I needed a new radiator.  They told me the cost would be $425.00 and that they could get it done that day provided they could get the part.  I said do it.
They called me around 3:30pm and told me my car was fixed.  
I picked it up a 6pm...closing time( again) and they took time to review the repair with me.  
I will definitely bring my cars to ABS for maintenance and repairs in the future.

"The service call went very well.  Dave thoroughly cleaned and tested all our heating and cooling components which took more than an hour to complete.  Nothing was overlooked and when Dave finished he thoroughly explained what all he had done and what his findings and recommendations were.  At no charge to me, he also examined our new mini-split system air conditioner/heat pump, because I had mentioned to him that it seemed to be leaking refrigerant.  Sure enough he was able to pinpoint exactly where there was a leak.  Since this unit is still under warranty, I will have the installer come back and address this leak.   Overall, I could not have been more please with this service call.  When it comes to heating and air conditioning systems Dave who is clearly honest and reliable is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable.  Like I told Dave it gives me great peace of mind to know that he is only a phone call away should I need his assistance.  I highly recommend Dave and his company, Assured Comfort LLC, to anyone ?especially family and friends

"The plumber was excellent. I have used them twice and never had any complaints. The name of the company is called Energy Wise Heating & A/c inc. He is in Warrenton Virginia. The last time I used him was in October to check the pipes and winterize my system. Obviously his service was excellent. I never had to call him back. Once he came and did the job I never had to call him back for anything. I have used him for my heater and my air conditioner. In the summer time I call him and he would do a tune up on my air conditioner. He cleans it up and gives me a tune up. He checked my pipe and in the winter time he would winterize my house. I have never had to call him back. Before I called him I have had my pipes burst four years in a row. All my pipes have busted four years in a row. Since I have called him I haven't had my pipes burst. He is going to come back next month. Right now I don't know if my pipes' busted because I haven't got my water on yet. I don't know if it works yet because I haven't got the water on yet but we will get to know. He is going to come back in April and open my system up. Everything is shut now. I did have a coupon for the price. As far as the price he has been cheaper than what I have paid before. I will use him in the future. Right now he is on my top list. He is my third one and right now he is on the top list."
