The office is also responsive, communicative and service oriented. Robinson Mechanical installed a complete 2 zone AC system in our Ventnor home. We have radiator heat and were using window units to cool the house in the summer. This job involved installing the duct work, floor vents, ceiling vents, returns, 2 air handlers, 2 compressors, 2 smart thermostats. I am so happy. I can't wait for summer. Robinson Mechanical also did plumbing work for us. They removed and replaced our waste water line from the second floor to the basement, they cleaned out our hot water heater and replaced old cast iron water lines. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing or HVAC needs that you have. I am so grateful for the thought and care that Dave and his team puts into their work. "This is the third time we've used the Temp Rite guys to install a ductless AC system in our old house. They always do a great job. We barely had to do anything more than point to where we wanted the units installed and they figured out everything else without needing any additional input. They showed up on time on the days of the install, and stayed until almost 10:00 pm the second day to make sure everything was finished up. The install quality was great -- everything was straight and true, and neatly covered up. This was not an easy install, as they had to pass the interior pipes through a ceiling and several walls to get to the outdoor unit. They even found a convenient place to install the drainage that I had not even thought of. We ran the units for a month after the install, and everything worked perfectly. We would definitely use them again -- their guys have great attitudes, are hard-working and polite. Highly recommend.

"We used them at our previous townhome so when we moved here, we decided to have them put in the new unit. They did a great job. I like the fact that their prompt response, if you have a problem, like if you have a heating or air conditioning problem, they're right on it. And Actually if you call before the cut off at 10 PM, they come that night. After 10 PM, they have to come out the next day. Our problem was at 10:30 at night, we realized it wasn't blowing cold air. If we had called a little earlier, they would have came right out. They have enough people to service problems, which is nice, instead of having just one guy. I think they're prices are great, I just don't remember exactly what we paid for the unit. I wouldn't have used them to begin with if they didn't have a good price."
